Road trip 2018. Hot Springs to St. Louis to Spartan Super Chicago to Louisville Ky to Nashville Tn to Biloxi to New Orleans and Home. Great race But a better time with my beautiful wife. Which spartan road trip next summer??

In January I made the purchase and it has become the morning routine. At first I couldn’t finish the 14 minute workout. Now I can’t start the day without it. Now 25 pounds lighter. I don’t regret it.
