I was cleaning out some old files on my computer and completely forgot I had these guys. So here is a doodle dump of raptor bones, ladies, and silkie chickens.  Note: Two of the ladies in the doodles belong to my good friend Doodlelust. I was just messin’ around with ‘em :B

Mushroom Kingdom Shield By. Lindsey A last minute submission I made for the 8bit Art Show put on by Enkyskulls and Rose City Pizza ! The opening reception for the show is this Saturday at Rose City Pizza in Rosemead, CA. It runs from 7pm to 10pm. If you can't make the opening reception, all the artwork will be up for the rest of the month.

While running my booth at Pitfire Pizza I was doodling silly monster creatures. They’re super goofy and fun, I might do more of these guys in the future.

Fan Alley held an awesome event at The Comic Book Hideout! It was an art show themed after comic book crossovers! This is just a teaser of my piece Scarlet’s Delivery Service. I’ll upload the full piece later when the show is over. Unfortunately the opening night event has passed, however you can still stop by and see the show! It is open until the end of the month and you can catch pieces from @kirstendoodles and @funkgamut, along with many other awesome artist.

We all had to start somewhere... In 2012, I made the insane last minute decision to try and table at Anime Expo. Dragging @kirstendoodles along with me, we some how threw together a table in less than a month all while trying to prep for our college graduation. Needless to say, it was a total mess and we had no idea what we were doing.

Several years and a few cons later, we’re still learning a lot but it’s truly amazing to see just how far we’ve come. We’ve expanded product, improved our craft, and overall have a much better business sense. And every year since 2012 has only gotten better. 

I can’t wait for the next con with my long time table partner @kirstendoodles. It’s been an adventure and I can’t wait to have more !

Comikaze 2015 has been our best con thus far- our sales improved vastly over previous years, and we met a lot of really awesome people! A HUGE shout out to the people who stopped by looking for us specifically, thank you thank you THANK YOU ;u; it’s so great getting to meet followers and fans in person!

And a great thank you to new friends we got to meet! All in all, an amazing weekend ❤ we will DEFINITELY be there again next year! Enjoy the many vanity shots I took of mine and @craftinglindsey ‘s table!

Now we’re shifting gears to prepare for Designer Con in a few weeks, so if you couldn’t make it out to Comikaze but are going to Dcon be sure to look for us there! I’ll be posting more updates as the date gets closer *u* thank you so much guys!

Thank you so much to everyone! Myself and Kirsten are still brimming with excitement over the success of this year. We appreciate every dollar spent at our table and all the support everyone came by to show.

Table locations have been released and we are all set for Comikaze 2015!

As many of you know, my lovely friend @craftinglindsey and I are sharing a table this year as per our tradition of now four years- but my amazing sister @funkgamut and lovely friend @mintyfreshmangos will be tabling RIGHT NEXT TO US! Its like a con-squad of AWESOME!

Comikaze is October 30th-November 1st, tickets are on sale now if you haven’t picked em up yet! It looks to be Kaze’s biggest year yet and all of us are SUPER excited. You can find us at tables D12 and D13, pretty close to the front of the hall. Be sure to stop by- if you’ve bought from Lindsey and I before we have a TON of new stuff this year so you’ll wanna check it out! See you guys there! :D

Master Sword: Chicken Slayer Legend of Zelda was one of the most beloved games of my childhood. I spent way too many hours slaying chickens and riding Epona through the Gerudo Valley.
