Day 9 and I'm feeling more positive than I have in a long time. Considering the last two days have been really challenging I am pleased with my progress. Somebody told me that I have lost weight. That feels good to hear but honestly my goal is singular...TO FEEL GOOD. A SLUG...I stepped on a slug in my bare feet this morning...frikn' gross! The day continued to decline until I was able to take my new antidepressant called taekwondo and train with my fellow students on the mat. I have been a Crossfitter, a gym rat, yoga practitioner and more. However, what I have found is that my life fires on all cylinders only when I am consistently training in taekwondo.
