Today's school cafeteria daily lunch special set : mabo eggplant and ground pork katsu set.

I like mabo eggplant so I'm pleased with today's set.

It's just ketchup instead of salsa, but still better than nothing. I'm just glad it was a different flavor profile than the usual rotation of kara'age and Hamburg steak.

This was the first time they made this set. After I got it, I realized I was eating carbs with carbs. Food coma in 3, 2, zzzzzzz.

Yesterday's school cafeteria daily lunch special set : cheese hamburg steak set.

Today's supermarket deli lunch : Chinese assorted set, and a cup of instant miso soup.

The Chinese set wasn't anything gourmet, but it was very cheap at only ¥400!

I got it since I was interested in what ketchup pork would be. It was a little slippery and slimy. And half of the pork was fat so slimy and slippery fat. It was not good.
