“I am suffering, help Me.” These are words I saw for a mantra. You go into a crowded place and over and over in your head, you repeat “I am suffering, help me”, hoping something will come out of it. Over time, you may have strangers approach you to assist or offer you best wishes.
When you are suffering, you are putting out a helpless vibration and frequency. You are creating a space around you warping and drawing in many unwanted energies, if your intentions are not set. I read recently on a forum about someone who is depressed. They wrote in detail why they are the way they are, and hundreds of people responded. This person wrote excuses and even shunned and ostracized some of those who were responding to the request of help. This depressed person would respond, “Look, you don’t understand. This is what happened….” Does it really matter what happened? You are suffering, and people are offering you help. You ask, and you have received; it may not be in the form you want it, though it will be in the form you needed.
Imagine each person as you. Some of them you get along with and some, you shun and spew hateful words. All these people are the image of you. You may see a reflection of someone and feel supremacy over them. You might think, “I would not do that” or “Are they stupid?”. Those thoughts are dark and negative and only reside around one person. Think about it… That person is You. You are being a coward and running away from the problems in front of you. Looking at and blaming others for your situation. Life is yours, focus on that and find the root of your suffering. It will allow you to find peace.
Your suffering can come from many places, it may be from a splinter under your thumbnail, or the struggle to decide where you need to go in life. You are the captain of your ship and others will help you navigate the waters when it gets rough. Only you are captain of this ship.

If you answer yes to any of these. You are suffering.
-To combat pride, humility must be created and sustained. You must create balance and harmony with others.
If nature grows, then shouldn’t I be able to be better every day?
-To defeat wrath, patience must be found. Understanding others and taking the time to know them will allow you to take the time to know You.
If my patience was great, then wouldn’t my wrath have diminished?
-To stomp out gluttony, temperance must be claimed. This will allow you to be a rock for others and allow willpower to conquer.
If my willpower is my rock, then would my gluttony be my swamp?
-Kicking envy, kindness will blossom. You should reach out to others with understanding and learn how to grow properly.
Why envy those who I am kind to?
-Punching out greed, charity will prevail. Finding others in need is important and your assistance can shift others’ lives.
If I give to charity, why would I need all this stuff?
-Crimping lust, chastity will put a lock on you. Walking around lusting after others distracts you from you.
Why do I lust for love when I have myself?
-Putting a fire under sloth, diligence will exercise your soul. Get out and be with others with integrity.
What can I do today that can help me in 10 years?
Within you is the capability to conquer life. If you are suffering, give it to the Universe, not others. The energy you put out, you will receive. What goes around comes around. Be wary what you wish for. Always be willing to help others; one day someone will help you.
