The mrou smiled cheerily and hummed to themselves as they guided you through thick jungle and along a river. They pointed to the body of water as they talked. "Important tip if you ever find yourself on Amonzar! Follow a river and you'll eventually come across a town of some kind!" They put their hand down and continued almost skipping along before you both found yourselves in a town full of treehouse-like buildings connected with rope bridges made of vine and wood. There were a few buildings on the ground, though it seemed as if most were in the trees. The mrou turned towards you and gestured towards the buildings. "Here we are! Town-Near-the-Stars!" They eyed you up and down before sheepishly scratching their cheek. "We're still in the process of making the place easier to access for non-Mrou species, but I imagine you can probably fly like other dragons we've seen so it probably won't matter much to you anyway!" As they say this, you notice the bridges and buildings on the ground look newer than anything else, probably nothing older than 5 years old.

The mrou waved a hand dismissively. "Anyway... since you are one of the unlucky star-taken folks, I imagine you want to go back to where you came from right?" They looked at you curiously. "Somewhere on Arinth, right? That's where dragons are usually from."

Potensia World Info: Mrou (species)

Cat-like species that originates from Amonzar. Like all species from the planet, they absorb the magic they use from the air with the whisker-like feelers on their head called manasorbers.

[Touch the ear antenna] What're these for? Are they sensitive?

You touched the antenna-whisker, no thought about repercussions as you did so.

The creature flinched in surprise, like a static shock had gone through them. "Waugh!" They took a step back, a bit frazzled but not necessarily scared. "I-er...I guess you've never interacted with creatures from Amonzar, huh?" They paused, collecting themselves. You thought you heard them mumble to themselves something about being a hermit. "Well! Creatures from this planet have sensitive uhhh whisker-feeler type things called manasorbers! They do what it sounds like- absorb magic from our air so we can use it!"

They set their hands on the lush ground beneath the two of you and smiled. "Here, I'll show you!" They decided to demonstrate and you watched as the furred tips of their manasorbers (as they called them) glowed green and a flower grew at an alarming rate between where they had lain their claws. They looked at you, beaming. "Tada!"

They brushed themselves off as they stood back up. "Each creature that originates from this planet has them, but they aren't always in the same place. My species, Mrou, have em under our ears though! They're pretty easy to spot no matter the species or how they look."

They made a beckoning motion with their clawed hand. "Anyway let's get going, shall we? We can talk more while we walk to town."

You find yourself in a very humid and dense jungle that has a river running through it. The scent here is earthy and floral, and your new body seems to sense the heavy magic concentration in the air here. As you look around a bit more, you feel a pair of eyes on you. As you turn around, you make eye contact with the multicolored eyes of a bipedal cat sort of creature with large ears and large claws.

The cat thing gasps and comes over to you excitedly, albeit cautiously. It waves to you as it approaches and soon stops a reasonable distance in front of you.

Now that you have a better look at them, you can see their features more clearly. The first thing about the creature that intrigues you is the strange antenna-whisker sort of things that lie near their ears- one on each side of their head. You next take in their vibrant colors- mainly seafoam green with hints of pink and coral markings on their tail, chest and tips of their ears. The tuft of hair on their head was the same blue as the stripes on their back, hands and wrists. They smiled at you excitedly, their freckles and dark tear streak markings shifting upwards.

"Ohmyearth hello!!!!" They greet you excitedly and clap their claws happily. "I guess you just arrived here. You must be a little confused, but don't worry! I'm here to guide you to our outpost so you can go back to where you came from! I can also answer any questions you might have as well! It's my job after all!!"

Important update!

I'm making at least this world be mostly text-based for my own sanity/so I can update more! The artstyle I had in mind for this world is far too time-consuming for someone that already struggles to draw regularly.
