💥TUESDAY MOTIVATION!!! I was STUCK in a cycle. I was gaining weight, but I wouldn’t stop turning to sweets when I was stressed. I told myself my weight gain wasn’t out of control yet, and that if I got out and walked, I’d lose some of the weight... But, I really had no intentions of walking, or any other exercise, so I was deceiving myself. Instead, I continued my bad eating habits and continued to gain weight. I finally reached that point where I KNEW I had to do something. It was the best decision for my life, my health and my happiness. My “dream” goal was 50 pounds and I have now lost 56!
