Album Art

I have been playing around with some album art ideas. I'd like to do a slow, step by step release of what the album will look like. And then, maybe a week or two before it's release, I will show the full artwork.

I've also been playing around with a name for the album. The songs mainly revolve around some of my time in PA. There are also some fictional stories as well. I plan to go with that and see where it leads me.

Started a new 9-5 this week. It already feels like I'm spinning my wheels and going through the motions. I am grown enough to know that I need the financial support to survive even if it isn't what I'd like to be doing. I keep telling myself I can use some of my earnings and put it into my future musically. That's what keeps me moving. I began setting up my studio today and I've told myself it is time to make these albums. I am convinced that if I don't do this now I never will. So my recording journey begins. I will come out on the other side with something I am proud of or nothing at all. February is the tech setup month. March is the song finalizing month. Here goes something.

I am currently experimenting with new music at open mic nights. Most of the music is written to be loud and very punk. Playing things acoustic has been an adjustment but I really like where things are going. On top of that I have rekindled some old friendships along the way.

I've thrown good, dead men over board and I've seen the face of fear. In time we're all gonna die - when the rich wage war we form the crew.  Reading from a book won't replace the lord and God how he's made that clear. Yet we hide in the leather spine of a book we pray might get us through.
