Children don’t go playing by the river down the hill Its filled with vulgar memories and aggravated guilt We all heard the story of the man who lost his mind The butcher was a carpenter who buried his own kind

His family was a righteous one with not a bit of sin But he was silent fighting all his demons deep within No one saw it coming but one day he grabbed his axe And hacked them up to little pieces covering his tracks

He dropped them in the river bed and watched them float away For months no one would know his deed till kids went there to play First an arm and then a leg the kids would show the police But authorities would never find the rest of the deceased

It took a month to figure out to whom the limbs belonged But when forensics cracked the case suspicion grew too strong The man they want for questioning went missing for a while Until they found him hanging in a tree with a big smile
