today i ate some really good eggs on toast, ketchup and all, the only thing i wouldve changed about it was that i wish we had salted butter because without it the toast felt a little lackluster, like unsalted butter is still good but on toast the salt makes all the difference you feel me? it didnt help that i also cooked the eggs in the same unsalted butter and didnt add much salt, so overall it was just a little undersalted

whats your preference, unsalted or salted? i'm also curious as to your opinion on other kinds of butter, i.e brown butter, garlic butter, etc.

honestly i wish i could give you a more thorough answer but to keep it real im not much of an egg guy and ive never thought of my butter preference before.....got me rethinking my whole life over here......
