hiiiiii! I was wondering how I could center the circles in the affiliates section for your navy blue? e.g I have 5 affiliates and the 2nd row looks like it's aligned left. I'd like it to be center to give a good effect. I hope you could help me. thank you in advance for reading this.

hi! you can just add a < center > tag around the last two images, being sure to close it with center > after the last image. Hope this helped!

I love the WIP page, but I was wondering if there was a way to write more than one line in the project description, is there a way to edit it so you can write, let's say, 3-4-5 lines?

i suppose you could do that, but you’d have to either bump up the size of each project box to make them all bigger (and then vertically re-center the progress lines), or add a masonry script to have them fit together if you wouldn’t want all of them to be huge

WIP Page 01. - Journal – [ Preview ] || [ Code ]

Hi guys! I know I haven’t been around for a while, which is why I wanted to throw something together for you guys quickly while I work on some bigger projects! So I ended up making this work in progress page to let you guys know I’m still in the coding game ((: Some things to note about this page are:

You should have basic knowledge about how to customize using HTML as well as CSS in order to properly use this page

There are notes in the code if you get stuck with customization

If something can be answered in the notes, I probably won’t respond to asks or im’s about it, because it’s tiring to repeat myself

Honestly as long as you read the notes you should be fine!!

Each box can either have a description of the project, or just have the name of the project and the progress bar (as is shown). As always, everything that is customizable is labeled in the code! You can also have as many or as few projects shown as you’d like!!

Enjoy! If you run into any problems with the page, feel free to drop me an ask! Really don’t be shy about doing this, because I’d always like to fix any bugs if you encounter them. I want to give you guys high quality codes!

hi! on your 'bubble tea' theme, how do you add the filters exactly? i've added them in the "box muse" and they still don't work in the filters at the top

hi there! you need to both add your filters after “box muse” (ex: “box muse one two”) and add the filter links at the top. (ex: One)

Hi, I'm trying to use your lovely bubble tea theme but something is just not going right for me. I haven't edited the code other than trying to add more boxes in for muses but rather than go horizontal they're simply listing vertical with no obvious way to change it. Am I missing something very obvious?

hi there! the first thing that came to my mind is that it might actually not be a problem at all and it might just be the customizer and the preview. sometimes if the customizer is taking up too much space on the screen, it will push some elements that might otherwise be viewed horizontally as being vertical instead. just save your work and open up your page in another tab, and if they’re still lined up vertically feel free to send another ask or message me through the ims!!

hello! i'm currently using your bubble tea theme and was wondering if there was any way i could get rid of the box with the tags in it without messing up the format of everything else?

Usually I don’t help with customization, but this is simple enough. All you have to do is delete from 

to the last indented

(leaving the very last, unindented in place)

Hey! I absoutely LOVE your themes!!! But i'm using your bubble tea theme & I'm trying to add more boxes... I copied what it says to copy and pasted it beneath that line, but the boxes are layering on top of one another weirdly... Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you!!!!!

hi there! sorry for the delay, tumblr never told me I had any messages ): but nope you don’t have to add another div!! you can just add new classes right after muse just like in the example!! a more in-depth explanation on how to use the classes is under the cut. You could also feel free to look at the page source on my Bubble Tea preview to get an idea on how to handle them!

edit: i forgot to mention (i feel so ba d i’m so sorry) that you could also check out this post (linked in the code as well) for help!!

to explain it a little further, the “box” class assures that the box in question will be stylized the same way as the rest of the muse boxes. the “muse” class is basically there to make sure that there’s a way to view all of the boxes again after someone’s clicked on a filter; it’s basically a ‘show all’ switch. 

that being said, you can add multiple classes to a single div tag (by doing

[content]

  as opposed to 

[content]

, for example. the latter would work as one div embedded or nested within another (separate) div, as opposed to working together. That’s the best way i can explain it).

So to add a filters, you would put (taken directly from the Bubble Tea preview page source):

…

This would allow one box to be filtered!! 

Reminder: Don’t put any commas between the classes you add!!

thank you very much for taking an interest in my page!! And yes, you can add as many links as you’d like! by the URL link I’m assuming you mean the template I put in there for you. all you have to do is copy-paste it and add in your own link and title and remove the arrows! ( it’s in there as , so you’ll have to change it to just link title for it to show up )

Hi, I tried to install your navy blue theme, but when I click on the save button I can't save it :/

I’m really sorry, I can’t seem to recreate this problem so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to help you.. the only thing I can possibly think of is maybe if you got up and walked away from your computer for a while as you were customizing it might have timed out and you might have to refresh the page before trying to save. again, I’m sorry I can’t help any further than this (つд｀)

Hi! I'm using your theme navy blue and i wondered if there's a way to add links for the pictures in the recent updates box without messing it up?? (when i tried to do it the pictures got too big and went out of frame)

it’s actually been a very long time since i’ve actually looked at navy blue’s coding (lmao) but!! I have been planning on updating the theme very soon to clean up the code and change a few things so that’s something I’ll try to figure out for you in the update and possibly add as an option!!

I finally updated my theme!! I’m not sure how long it’s going to stay because there’s something about it that just feels off to me, but I like it better than my old one so this is what it’s going to be for now!! I’m going to try to have some new codes out for you guys sometimes soon, I promise!

Muse Page 01. Bubble Tea – [ Preview ] || [ Code ]

Hi guys! I’ve finally after about 75 years gotten around to making a muse page! There isn’t really much to say about it.. There are a few customizations that come with this code, with notes on how to do them. These include:

Two, three, or four columns

Optional minimal Tumblr controls

Muse filters

Everything else you’d expect: colors, etc.

Each box can contain up to three links: each of the two pictures can act as a link, and the URL space at the bottom. If you’d prefer, you can use the URL space for something else and remove the links from the images.

To be able to use this page, HTML knowledge will be helpful, especially for using the filters. But everything is labeled and there are oodles of notes inside the code to help you along. I won’t do the customizations for you, but my inbox will be open to give a little bit of help if it’s simple enough!! If I start getting the same questions over and over though, I will stop answering, and might just make a post on it instead.
