Some facts

Three main things about my portrayal 

1. Not a psycho ex. I think i’m going to approach this from a mentor aspect unless contradicted by plotting somehow. 

2. Completely blind. The brand on his face didn’t just light out one eye, it’s bigger here and covers most of his face, including some part of the nose as well as the other eye, he mostly orients with his hearing, smell and sense of touch that developed rapidly following his loss of sight

3. He may or may not have trained under Raven Branwen at some point, tho that would be discussed directly with any possible related muns.

I was curious how bad the Deus Ex Machia would be with the relix coming into play, and hooo boy, that was Fantastic Convinience Levels. i am glad i stopped taking this story seriously long ago.

May or may nor consider taking current Ironwood and driving him even more down the darkness path that may or may not lead him into Salem faction as Hazel's replacement

From what I understand, the Comic takes place right after Adam Cut off Yang's Arm and Blake Escapes with Yang.

Raven comes in, they brawl (she seems to not have the maiden powers), the brawl goes over stuff and they both end up heavily injured...in an arm hilariously enough. Adam leaves because his work is effectively done and his arm is all fucked up.

Raven gets kicked from her old clan. Not sure why. Gets into Mistral, forms her new gang that she's a leader of.

Apparently there's a whole Fan Manga that has Raven and Adam duke it out. And it ties into why Raven ended up with a bunch of stupid goonies as her group instead of cool Bandit clan.

As a mun who RPed Ramsay Bolton for a while...I feel this on a spiritual level. I got SO MUCH hate for him being "so gross and mean and evil" and it's like......you do know this is RAMSAY FUCKING BOLTON, yeah??

And this is where we have a problem. A lot of the big villain figures, be it OCs or Canons get shoved aside because they don’t provide the fluffy and shippy expirience. Real baddies, real scumbags that are still interesting characters to explore. But then somehow people forget that and choose to ignore that factor even when you have it blatantly stated in the rules. I am not saying anyone in particular, the examples I have are YEARS ago, but still.

In addition to that ask, I am just going to say that playing unapologetic assholes is very fun sometimes. Like With Enoshima Junko, Whom i played ever since the first game came out. She’s complex, sure, she’s interesting, sure, but she’s definitely an irredeemable by her nature, so it’s just fun going ham on the likes of her in terms of roleplay

hmm...Well, I think I’m going to add my little own spin to an overall I have seen around on my dash. And that is, despite running a toned down villain as my character, I think there’s a lot of instances where people SHOULD allow villains to be villains. Many of the fandom stuff I’ve seen in 7 years of being around here made me sigh with disappointment. There’s a certain weirdness about villains doing villain things within the Roleplay communities and I’ve often seen people don’t go through with it because it’s somehow would be seen as bad? 

You don’t have to write your crazy guy having this fluffy affectionate side to him. You don’t have to pretend your muse will do good stuff just for the convenience of a plot. Evil unapologetic bastards will always find enough plotting material and stuff to roleplay about, that is a fact. Villains are important. Villains are what create heroes, villains are what make heroes stronger. Both sides should not be afraid of villains being villains. 

I love entire threads placed around confrontations and even those where Villain absolutely destroys the hero morally or physically. Cruel things that are NECESSARY because a hero will be stronger after that. Not everything has to be ships, fluff, and happiness, at least IMO.

"I am famous already, then. How nice." He says matter of factly. The voice of the person he had encountered sounded...familiar. The Faunus clicks his tongue, sensing nobody else around. He already made a mistake when he didn't anticipate that the room would be filled with someone. Occupied by a stranger that could very well give him away. He frowns underneath the mask, feeling an old dull pain spread across his system from moving the parts of his face affected by the old scar. He wasn't sure if it was real or just something he imagined by this point, but that helped him keep focus. His hand that held the sheathed blade relaxed. He couldn't afford to raise a ruckus right now. He sighs in return before slumping against the nearest wall, sliding down, to take a seat.

"Not to fight. Simple shelter for the moment." He sounded rather tired, simply placing the sword beside himself. He didn't know who he is talking to. The voice sounded familiar, but not too much. He might have not been so calm if he did, and yet he did not, his eyes blind to the silver locks of his sudden conversation partner. "I'll depart in a bit. Unless you want to do something to catch the big bad White Fang member....well, former one." A smirk appears on his face as he says the last part, He still didn't move to pick his weapon up.

I found a shipping doc of RWBY for all the possible names that are there. Why am I laughing at these. Some of them are like super creative but...how did these guys manage to get SO MANY BULL REFERENCES for Adam.

He feels the scene finally calming down before him. He didn’t miss his strike. No more growling, no more of the sounds that monstrous jaws made when snapping at him for the sake of ending his life. He feels his hearing return as the ringing stops, he finally understands that the battle is over. The stinging sensation in his side indicated that the slash from one of the monsters didn't go without success. it's fine. It's not deep. He can return to the village he was supposed to protect and patch himself up...again.

"A few more days...just a few." He mumbles to himself. A few days until the reinforcements he requested will arrive. He wasn't sure why this particular Faunus village was so unlucky in terms of Grimm's attention and those bandit clans from around the area. Or, well, he suspected why. Exactly because it was a Faunus village and nothing else. He feels his anger flare up at the thought again, but he forcefully calms himself down. No, Anger will only attract more. And he can't afford another Moon Slash of the same magnitude that he did just now. His senses turn to another figure present around the fight. A traveler, he'd figured. He came here precisely because of this person's presence. He felt that there was assistance on their part.

"You...alright?" He asked to the side, to that figure. They helped, so he might as well show the courtesy of asking about injuries. He preferred to ignore his own injuries at the moment, be it small or big, with increasing exhaustion from the severe encounter he was pushing down for the sake of returning back to the village on, possibly, the sheer power of will.

Headcanon

I think I’m going to go on a limb and say he CAN absorb damage through other means besides his sword, namely through taking direct hits onto his aura, but finds it counterproductive as most of the energy absorbed spreads across his aura for the sake of protecting his body, so he prefers to use a neutral conduit to channel the absorbed energy into his body for the sake of powering up the Moon Slice as well as his many other attacks.
