Bought a scale, and it's arriving today. This might make me spiral in a way I haven't been allowing myself to, and I'm scared, the fact that I'm on here says a lot about where I am already, but I think being able to freely w@!gh myself might send me off the deep end, its too hot right now to be depressed(I'm already there) but... One of my goals is to wear a bikini by next year, I've never worn one in my life, and at my age everyone else has a vast collection. It's honestly one of my dreams.

I tried the cabbage soup that everyone's been raving about on tiktok, so far, it's been good, but I'll update if I see any results, I'm still at a high w3igh, but I've been dropping! My n£ck and coll@rbone area are the most visible difference in my journey, but honestly, it's slow, I'm hoping the cabbage thing shows faster results. Maybe I'm losing my mind.
