What's up, world? You can, henceforth, refer to me as TJ. I'll start by telling you a bit about myself, or at least the most important aspects of "Me": I'm 21; an ECE major (Math and African American Studies minor); a porn addict that's extremely sexually frustrated; bi-curious; sapiosexual; technology junkie; somewhat eccentric, totally unique; music freak (all genres included); I think that'll do it. *BROWN RICE PASTA BAKE*

Brown Rice Elbows cooked al dente tossed with Cooked Lean Ground Beef (Seasoned with Onion Powder & Red Pepper Flakes) and Organic Marinara Sauce. Topped with Fresh Mozzarella

~SUN-DRIED TOMATO & RICOTTA CHICKEN ROLL-UPS~

Cut up 1Lb. Of Chicken Breast and pound into thin pieces Season with Garlic Powder & Italian Seasoning

Purée Sun-Dried Tomatoes, about 8-10, with ½ Red Roasted Pepper. Add Chicken Broth (or water), if necessary, to help purée.

Spread a thin layer of Purée on Chicken and top with Ricotta Cheese and a sprinkle of Dried Parsley. Roll Chicken, using a toothpick to hold shut, and place onto lightly sprayed pan.

Bake on 375 for about 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, finishing with a quick broil to brown the tops. Serve with your favorite pasta!

**ChefTiffy Tip** Incorporate some greens! Add sautéed spinach before rolling up the chicken!

9-year-old girl gives care bags to homeless women

After noticing homeless people on her walk to school in Irvine, California, 9-year-old Khloe Thompson decided to start her own charity, dubbed Khloe Kares. She passes out hand-sewn bags filled with life’s little necessities (feminine hygiene products, soap, socks, toothpaste) to homeless women. Thompson’s work doesn’t stop at Kare Bags though, she just led a huge initiative for kids in group homes.
