I’ve seen so much house of night fan art and only about 5% of what I’ve seen is accurate in regards to race. Zoey, Grandma Redbird, Kalona, and Rephaim are all Native American. Fucking draw them that way if you’re going to draw them. Zoey is not white with blue eyes. In these “dream cast” things Kalona should not be depicted by a white guy just because he’s hot. If there are ever movies we all know they will be white washed. At least make the fan art correctly. The books are very clear about Zoey’s roots and heritage.
