(Hiiii mild disclaimer for this one, this may be OOC?? Idk, we honestly don't have much info on Alice other than basic backstory stuff so I could be way off the mark. Also this is way more rambly than usual (shocking ik) so this may not make a lot of sense haha)

Headcanon

I'm very much a "low empathy Alice" truther. Like in a "doesn't acknowledge bad things happening until it affects her directly" kind of deal. That's not to say she's not opposed to what Xen is doing, she's just able to ignore it for the most part. Yeah she'll foght bavk every now and again, but it's more so because she knows the concept of destroying people's livelihoods is wrong, not because she truly understands the weight of it all. That is until she and her friends are put in direct line of danger ofc. Then and only then does it truly click how bad the situation is. That and I feel like she starts dehumanizing Xen almost as soon as she learns he's an alien. Like- full switch up, even before she learns of his actions. AND I HAVE EVIDENCE FOR THIS TOO.

Like keep in mind that she doesn't know that he's killing people at this point. All she knows is that he's some weird meteor space boy. AND SHE THREATENS TO TURN HIM IN IMMEDIATELY. She did not gaf whatsoever and I think that's awesome. I love her, she's low key problematic
