Mardi Gras´ Heiress Parade was a blast. Once called Eris, after the goddess of chaos and dischord, but was moved to the morning in an effort to dissuade riotous activities. How do the punks respond? With a rowdy night mob filling the void, of course. Paint balloons thrown at symbols of yuppie gentrification, a trash bonfire in the middle of herds of skittish tourists, and obligatory obnoxious fireworks.
