the semester was finally over, and taehyung couldn’t be any more relieved. now that he had a little more free time, no longer having to worry about coursework for a few months, he was going to have more time to himself and more time to do the things he loved. part of which included getting back in touch with his more artistic side. apparently, that included sitting in one of his favorite cafes before work and scribbling in one of his various notebooks. a warm cup of tea sat in front of him, barely touched since he’d started focusing on his drawing.
graphite strokes across white paper, now smudged with dark greys as he worked. it was a portrait – he’d maybe stared at the man sitting a few tables over a little too much, but he really didn’t care at this point. because he hadn’t gotten any strange looks cast his way, so maybe it wasn’t nearly as odd as he thought it may be. regardless, he drew. he created the perfect curve of the other male’s nose, shading it carefully to create the perfect shine effect. although he hadn’t done much drawing as he had wanted to over the past few months, his hands didn’t forget how to create the careful lines. he couldn’t help the long sigh that escaped his lips as he sat back in his chair, observing what he’d drawn so far.
“ you know, you could stop staring and just say hello. ” taehyung points out, eyes not meeting the male standing nearby; the male he’d felt looking at him for quite some time. he glanced back at the other, quirking a brow – “ is there something you wanted ? ”
