An Act Of Kindness //  Oh I'm Kinda Hoping This'll Reach My Soul 

my illustration inspired by Bastille's "An Act Of Kindness" Hope you lot like it.

How to understand the illustration:

• the hand is somewhat like a helping hand and captures the actual act of kindness.

• the heart is partly iced as this is meant to illustrate the cold heart(ed people) - not willing to care about others or only caring for their own profit.

• the ice is obviously melting as love/heart/warmth beats the cold. due to this the actual kindness is able to be shared - to fill the air.

• the melting ice also has been the reason to decide for the line "you warmed me to my core". experiencing kindness is what we all need.

• the triangle, apparently a symbol for Bastille, also shows how 2 edges (2 people) are connected with each other through a third edge - while the third is kindness.
