Brambert smiled at all the new guests who had arrived in waves around the forest. So many of them that their presence overwhelmed him. When he had opened his home to visitors, he hadn't expected nearly so many. He wasn't sure what to offer and hoped that someone would speak up soon. It would at least drown out the whirring sound that the rift in the mana was making as it opened and closed, altering the time/space of Aselia continuously.

Brambert sighed and leaned against the tree, Ymir's famous mirror-water reflecting the light, the trees, the bridges, and himself as he watched through the foliage to the world outside. Many visitors and travelers passed by the Elf domain of late, and there was a stir of magic in the air. It wasn't malignant, as far as he could tell, but so many strangers who had different scents about them.

To be frank, many of them stank of the pollution that came with technological advancement, some even of the mixing of that technology with various forms of mana. He wasn't sure what these newcomers would bring to Aselia, but he hoped his people would be left out of it.

Still he couldn't help but wonder...
