Today I went to have a look at the Young Miners and Crafters Association (YMCA) Landmark build. You’re all probably most familiar with the CVC branch of the YMCA. This one is bigger and better! A lot of the familiar rooms from the City’s branch have been incorporated but there are loads of new things to explore! The picture here only capture a small part of it so be sure to go and see it all for yourself! You can find it here on the Cubeville map since it doesn’t yet have a portal from the Landmark Hub.

The Orcus Nether Arena now open in Skylands PVP. There’s lots of lava, so more ways to die!

The present box is gone and the admin shop is now open! It contains spawn eggs, mob heads, some special bows, and more! It’s just south of spawn. It also has dispensers facing upwards in the ground around it. Wonder what they’re for, perhaps we have a fireworks display planned? Or was there already one and I missed it 😱? 

Do take note not to use your spawn eggs in CVC because they will not work. Although, you can use them outside of CVC and then bring the animals in.

Changed AGAIN?!?!

Zeus’s name is now in blue and both Joe and Xephos have their own skins now.

If you’re at spawn you might see a little dog called Zeus. He circles around spawn and then travels North leading you to two fake players, called Xephos and Joe, before turning around and going back to spawn to repeat the journey. If you try to hit Zeus it has no effect and if you hit Xephos or Joe it comes up with the “No PVP” message. Joe and Xephos turn around so that they are looking at you whenever you are near them – kinda creepy really. Joe is holding a map and Xephos has a sword. When I first saw them they both had Alex skins, as shown in the first couple of pictures of them, but checking back just now, Joe has a different one. If you’re quick you may also manage to see that he’s wearing a cape. I speculate and hope that this is somehow related to quests – as they as stationed in the gazebo outside the quests building. Clicki was questioned but refused to divulge any information.
