Applicant: I didn't receive a response to my e-mail.

Staff: I'm sorry about that, I searched my inbox and was unable to find this e-mail you're referring to. Could you please resend it to me?

Applicant: This is what I sent. *sends forward of 'Failure to Send due to large size' e-mail* Did you get it?

Staff: ...
