Here’s a rough sketch of the Spider Queen from Okami. Planning on possibly scanning it tomorrow and working on it digitally after that.

This did not stop her from experimentally poking the dead corpse of one of them. Just the latest in a myriad of them that had attempted to attack her here, their corpses exuding an odd petrifying aura.

Tachigami had been there for mere hours before the rabbit’s arrival, sensing something of a dark aura falling over the mortal rodents.

“Guess I’m not the only one getting attacked, huh?”

“You and me both.” And frankly he hardly talks to his own family anyway. But that’s one reason he’ll keep to himself. “Besides that sort of thing isn’t my kind of thing. I rather be out in a battle than in the middle of a debate.”

“Yeah. I’m not too good at arguing either. Hope things turn out well with the others.”

Isaak’s attempt at an apology only made the rat’s eye twitch as he tried not to punch the man.

“Just because I am not very tall does not mean you get to refer to me as a child, sir. Whether it be passively or not.”

“God of swords and patron deity to the brave? Sounds interesting, I heard of other deities that were patrons of warriors or knight, but these were most of the time, big and super muscular, something I don’t understand, even someone with a small sword, or who is not big or super strong, can slay someone who has arms made of steel. If you know what I mean?”

“And I’m sorry if I insulted you, that wasn’t my intention.”

“I see, I appreciate your apology.”

He then nods at Isaak’s analyzation.

“Precisely. Anyone can be brave, whether or not you actually do carry a sword or not. It’s more of a matter of doing the right thing even when you are at your most weakest. Therefore being a patron to the brave is much more fair than to the physically strong.”

Woops. His hands were already curled up into fists.Not to mention how much deeper his scowl got- At least this guy seemed to know who he was annoying.

“Ah, hey buddy I was just kidding. You must be related to Amaterasu, Yumigami and such. Your white hair and these red markings are pretty obvious.” Isaak explained with a wide and friendly smile.

“Your soul is also telling me about you. My name’s Isaak Wolfram.”

As promised, Yumigami would bring forth quite a large batch of mochi for Tachigami's return to Nippon. They were of varying flavors, not sure which he favored anymore. "What better way to start off the day then a gift of mochi, hmm?"

Oh oh oh! Yumi-chan brought food!!

Running up to her from the little spot on the floor where he’d been meditating, Tachigami bowed to her in thanks.

“Thank you!”

Now time for the dilemma of which one to eat first. They all looked so good!

A cold darkness became more intense in the rat’s eyes. He did not care much for people to speak of his height.

“If that’s all you mean to do, then off you shall be. I have more on my plate to deal with than petty bullying.”
