Let me send you a postcard for charity!
Oh hey there! I have waaaay too many postcards and small art prints leftover from Patreon rewards and conventions, so I’ve decided to try to clear them out by doing a livestream where I doodle in them and mail them out to viewers with proceeds going to charity!
The charity I've selected is Calgary Outlink , which is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing inclusive support, resources, and connections for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and their allies. Times are tough for queer communities in North America, and I wanted to support something that was local to my community in Alberta, where our government is engaging in things like book bans and restrictions on trans peoples' access to healthcare and sports. I also wanted to pick something that was integrated with Twitch to keep the secure handling of funds out of my hands!
So here's the deal: tune in to the stream and donate $5 CAD or more, fill out the mailing form, and I’ll send a postcard out to you (wherever you are!) with a unique doodle and thank-you message on the back! I'll be covering postage myself to keep things nice and simple.
These will only be available while the stream is live, but if folks seem to like it, then we can maybe do more streams until all of these little guys find a home!
