Hi, I’m Thalia! I’m new to the age regression community. I use they/them and she/her pronouns. I prefer those who have just me to use they/them though. My big age is 22, and my smol age ranges from 1 year to 12 years. I know it’s a big gap, but that was the time in my life before things got crappy.

My therapist suggested I use this site to connect with others, and to document my recovery from my mental issues. I’ve only really lurked on here so far, but everyone seems pretty nice. :)

Play with makeup, hairstyles, and dress up

Craft! The idea of crafting is endless!

🍄 Tips all of the secret/closeted regressors out there 🍄

Sometimes it can be really hard when you’re living at home/with family who may not accept your regression! :( It can be difficult to buy regression items, store them, watch your favorite cartoons, etc. I have some tips to share, though, that i wish i had known when i was new to age regression!

🌼 Dollar Tree is your friend!!! Very cheap regression items such as bottles, sippie cups, coloring books, crayons, soaps, all kinds of fun things for very cheap!!!

🌼 Buy pacis from small businesses!! Yes, unfortunately they tend to be more expensive, however they are typically more well-made and last longer!

🌼 If you’re in the regression closet and have absolutely no way to buy full-on regression gear, try finding discrete little things like cute water bottles with nice designs on them! Fidget toys, chewy necklaces, more ‘plain jane’ bubble baths instead of kiddie bubble bath, etc.

🌼 Remember, you don’t have to have little gear in order to be a valid regressor! If you have to eat your mac & cheese out of a plain bowl, that doesn’t make you any less of a regressor! You don’t need fancy toys, designed blankets, socks and onesies to regress!

🌼 Hide your pacis, small toys, etc in the pockets of your jacket, and hang the jacket up in your closet!! I also hide mine in a small trinket box in my nightstand drawer!

🌼 You have to pay for it, but Paramount+ is an app you can download on any device, and it has all kinds of kids shows such as Dora the Explorer, Blues Clues, Spongebob, The Backyardigans, etc! You can watch it on your phone!

🌼 Cookies. Lots of cookies. They’re the perfect regression snack and nobody will suspect a thing 😎

Remember, what works for some may not work for all, and that’s okay! These are just some general tips that I’ve personally used!

Your regression is ALWAYS valid, no matter how you do it!💕🍄

Age regression isn’t just aesthetic moodboards and happily watching a children’s show. Sometimes it’s going nonverbal due to involuntary regressing back to a toddler while frightened. Sometimes it’s involuntarily regressing at the worse possible time - like at work or in the supermarket.

I just want my fellow littles to know, especially if you regress to cope with trauma, that your experiences are valid and that involuntary regression isn’t something to be ashamed of.

juice bottles - small juice bottles can easily be a replacement for baby bottles ! my favourites are fruit bursts i get at my local store , but most shops will sell something similar! you can reuse the bottles if you clean them well enough

quilts - quilts can be a replacement for baby blankets ! you can even get your cg to make one for you if they like to sew ! personally, my quilt is from my nana

stuffies - most teens and adults still have stuffed animals, so having some won't raise any suspicion !

a regression journal - my own agere journal is just a sketchbook covered in stickers !

oversized clothes - these personally make me feel super small ! however , please dont take resources from plus sized people

kandi - plenty of teens and adults wear kandi !

animal socks / gloves - these are perfect for a subtle petspace !

overalls / onesies / playsuits - many teens and adults wear these + similar !

childrens books - i personally have a lot of disney books , and i’ve never been questioned !

merch of childrens games - games such as minecraft , pokemon and animal crossing are popular with all ages ! so having a pokemon shirt or a minecraft hoodie can easily fly under the radar

paw print draw what your paw print looks like! is it big or small? does it have claw prints?

dog bed draw or print out a dog bed you like; make sure it’s big. fill it with things you like! toys, stuffies, blankets anything!!

dream dog treat(s) design what your dream dog treat would be like! is it bone shaped? does it have sprinkles?

dream dog collar(s) design what you would want your collar to look like! what color is it? does it have a name tag? what shape is the tag?

dream dog bowl(s) design what your dream dog bowl would look like!! does it have a pattern on it? does it have your name?
