We have met many great people out there and its been great. Went back today and met @tysonferryman who has been crushing around there for a while. It was fun chatting with him about some of the classic climbs in the area. He even showed me an open project that will take a person with some serious guts. So psyched Naomi @xoxonaomiii took down "Squirming Coil" V6 in Morrison Colorado 😁🤙 • Naomi tried this for the first time a few days ago. She was able to do the beginning easily, but the second half was giving her trouble. You climb out of a small roof and have to hold tension or you will cut feet. Naomi kept cutting feet, but couldnt hold the swing. • Today was different . Today Naomi cruised the beginning like before, but when she cut feet she held on and proceed to campus through the end like a boss! I have never seen my girl campus like that before so I was psyched! She made it to the final holds and pressed out the mantel like a champ. It was so sick watching her get out of comfort zone and fight to the top. Quick beta video for Coaches Corner V9 in Morrison Colorado, The Darkside area 🙌⬆️ • This is a small, but burly climb with some awesome movement put up by @captainwangles. I looked through other peoples videos and it looks like I merged a little bit of everything in my method lol. I had a hard time cutting feet after getting the arete which is why I come back down with the left hand. One of the cool things about this boulder is that it has options for anyone to do it in there own way. If only it was 12ft taller 🤣. I think its a great quality boulder and worth a try if you are in the area. Psyched to have done "Coaches Corner" V9 today in Morrisons Darkside Area 😎🤙 • Went out today with @joscorredor and @xoxonaomiii for a nice fun day of bouldering. We hit up The Darkside which has some great quality sandstone boulders. The day started off strong with Jos crushing "Squirming Coil" V6 which has some hard crimp moves to start and finishes with powerful tension moves off an awesome toe hook. She killed it! • With psych high we walked down the hill and I got to work on Coaches Corner. I tried some of the traditional beta, but it didnt work well for me. At the end I was able to find some good shorty beta and made it to the top. Although this climb is small it packs a punch and has some really fun movement. The #ClimbingMasterBeta himself @hunterdamianiart making his way up "Double Arete" V6 a few days ago in Morrison's Darkside area. The homie @naytonrosales on spot duty 💪🏼😎 • It was fun climbing in this area none of us had been to. There are many great quality problems here with great views all around. Double Arete has to be on of the best of the grafe Ive done on the Frontrange and I highly recommend checking it out. We also got to play on "Arrow Head Arete" and figured out the moves, but couldnt finish it up. Luckily the homie @nchavis92 showed up and climbed it to the top in a few trys which was awesome to watch. Andre has made it all the way to the final jump on his best go, but there is still some fine tunning to be done before he is victorious. • While Andre battled this monster I worked on its stand start "Cage Free".
