In the matter of docket #94821, Laurence Paul Fox vs. Billie Paul Piper, it is the ruling of this court that custody of Winston James Fox be awarded to his father, due to the breaking of the rules which were agreed upon when the divorce decree was signed and made absolute as well as Ms. Piper failing to appear to give testimony. The child will receive visits when possible from his mother and every attempt to stay in communication will be required from both parties. This court is adjourned.

The court has received testimony from both parties as well as written statements from witnesses who were at the scene when the incident occurred. It is the ruling of this court that Ms. Ellis pay 25 dollars for the dry cleaning bill Mr. Freeman submitted from his wife's coat. Mr. Freeman will replace the camera that was broken. Also, Mr. Freeman's fines will be conditionally waived once he meets with an anger management counselor for no less than five sessions. The court can sympathize with his desire to keep his wife and child from harm, but in the future his temper could get him into further trouble. Court is adjourned.

Be on the lookout residents, CV Court is going to be cracking down on anyone and everyone that breaks the law. Run a red light? You’ll be receiving a traffic citation in the mail. Have a wild housewarming party? Look out for that noise violation! Need to iron out a custody dispute? Judge Evan Lewison will hear your case.

Random citations, such as speeding tickets and parking tickets will be issued to residents.

The court is also there for big things, such as domestic disputes, custody battles or contesting previously stated traffic citations.
