Cheryl Blossomâs outfits in Riverdale, Season 3b (s1) (s2a)Â (s2b)Â (s3a)
davvylockâ:
Davlyn recognized the signs. He could tell sheâd been drugged. He punched the man out cold who was trying to touch her. âHey hey look at me. Can you tell me your name?â He asks her, careful not to touch her but not letting her fall.
Hand tightly gripping the bar top, the redhead watched as the man she assumed to be her would be attacker hit the floor. Even in her foggy state, the sight gave her the barest hint of a short lived smile. Pain of others always had that effect. âVenus,â she offered up her name to the stranger, finding his eyes. âDid he drug me?â Given sheâd been staying sober tonight with little more than a soda, she had to assume that was what she was feeling.
houndcfhellâ:
When the flickering began, Rus finally took notice of the internal struggle the ghost girl seemed to be having. âYou gonna disappear on me?â He asked casually, trying not to make a big deal out of it. If she needed to be alone he could easily find something else to do, like set something on fire to keep away the cold.
Johanna didnât even need to look at herself to understand the meaning of his questions. Not when it had become such a constant symptom of her ongoing battle with her own mind. âI donât want to, but I donât entirely think that what I want matters anymore,â she admitted. But then, hadnât she wanted her memories back up until the point at which theyâd begun to return? One of those be careful what you wish for situations.
fishyswiftyâ:
His eyes narrowed for a moment as he found himself taking a step back. âDamn, youâre a sneaky one, huh?â Truthfully, he was more respectful than concerned. What was this, twice now with her? Maybe? âItâs fine. What can I do for you, Eden?âÂ
âIâm a pirate. Stealth is more necessary with that than certain people would seem to believe,â she answered with a shrug, trying to hide the smile at knowing she still had that skill despite its lack of use in Auradon. âLetâs start with if youâve ever been to White Cap Bay. I know itâs where your motherâs from, but if youâve never been there yourself, I donât think youâll be able to help me.âÂ
wickedissmsâ:
âWhat?â Elvaâs smile fell, she didnât think she was doing anything that bad, just sitting there. It had been a while since anyone had treated her like a pariah, but it had also been a while since sheâd hung out with any AKs for any length of time. Her initial annoyance was overpowered when she saw the other girlâs face. âAre you alright?â It never even occurred to her she might be in danger, but now the desperation was starting to make sense, it wasnât that different from what she had looked like at times, âMaybe you should sit down,â She stood so the other could take her seat.Â
âNo! Stay back!â Fear had been a constant companion for the young ghost as of late. To varying degrees, sure, but always present. Not just for what the next onslaught of memories might hold, but for what might happen where she to lose control of her powers, such as was happening at this very moment. âPlease, I need to be alone. I canât stop it!â
wickedissmsâ:
âNo one is,â Maddy admitted, handing her a jar of purple fire. âI made these for the two crews, not all of us have cozy dorm rooms to go back to.â Rather than rivals, Uma and Leland seemed to be relatively cooperative, and Maddy didnât see why she couldnât be ship-witch to both crews, though her loyalties obviously lied with Harry and Uma. She worried more about all her comrades freezing to death in their tiny ships, and the fire jars were the best she could do. âIâve been trying to thaw the water a little so we could move the ships if we wanted to, but itâs not really working. Who knew ice was so strong?âÂ
Studying the jar, Eden made no move to accept it, skeptical of the magical fire within and of the witch whoâd crafted it. Perhaps their crews were sharing an alliance at the moment, but that didnât automatically gift the other her trust. âTwo things. Iâm not heading back to the ship, so you may want to deliver that yourself if you think it necessary. Though I wouldnât expect an overly friendly greeting. And second, mermaids and magical fire donât exactly mix well together.â The redheaded pirateâs nature, despite her own dislike of it, had never been a secret on the Isle. Not when she had been willing to use what abilities the barrier had left her in order to protect her crew when needed. âIâm fairly certain the strength of ice is of common knowledge.â
wickedissmsâ:
âI didnât intend to.â Ophelia wasnât sure, but she sensed something was wrong, the kind of sense that got honed after growing up in sleazy bars with sleazier men. It was the way she was swaying, maybe, it could just be drunkenness (it wasnât like Ophelia kept an eye on every girl she saw in a bar, well, she hadnât this time), but the feeling still nagged at her so she placed the stool near her. âWhy donât you sit down? Maybe have some water?â She nodded at the bartender âTwo please.â She shrugged, âAt the very least combat a hangover.âÂ
âIâm not drunk,â Venus protested, sounding every bit the over intoxicated stereotype despite her lack of any alcohol intake. Sheâd never been one to drink the day of or night before a shoot or a dancing gig, and she certainly hadnât broken that personal rule tonight. Still, she took the seat and drank down half the glass of water in hopes it would help pass the effects of whatever was happening to her. âI donât want to stay here.â Not when she wasnât feeling herself, and definitely not when that feeling left her afraid.
jungbarrelâ:
Jung frowns. âAre you okay? Is there anything I can get you to help? I have cigarettes and pot.â He hated to see someone upset. He loved chaos as much as the next vk but he still needed to make sure everyone was okay.
âNo, I donât smoke and I like to keep my head clear,â she answered. âThanks though.â Neither had been a habit sheâd ever picked up, choosing to deal with her stress in a more physical manner. One that often left cuts or bruises, but was effective nonetheless. Not exactly the most accepted in Auradon. âI just need to find a pool without chemicals in the water.â Sheâd found out the hard way about her allergy. Even the thought had her itching.
remycheshireâ:
âIâm going to assume youâre one of my sisterâs friends. Look, I didnât send her to the isle. I fought against it and cried for days when she was sent. I couldnât be more happier that sheâs here where she belongs.â
âNo. You donât have a sister. You stopped having a sister the day she was shipped off to the Isle of the Lost.â It didnât matter what excuses or lies (as that was how Venus perceived them) Remy produced. She had abandoned Casia, and that was a betrayal that the Heart simply couldnât forgive. âSheâs my sister now, and far better off iff you ask me.â
mimiismsâ:
â â Sheâd watched for the last three minutes, watched her expression change and watch her move; her behaviour completely different from what was natural. âShh.â Gentle coo breathes out, a hand brushing over the back of Venusâs head, attempting to soothe the other. âEtâs only me, love. Ahâve got ye, mm?â Oh she had every intention of ripping the bastard who did this to Venus apart, limb by limb and then? Bleed them dry, let them rot from the inside. Cupping the side of Venusâs face eyes roam the others, noting the pupil dialation. ââow many oâ me are ye seeinâ, V? Do yer legs feel WEAK?â
As soon as he heard the familiar voice, Venus began to relax. Yes, the fear still lingered, but there was also a sense that she would be safe regardless of what was happening because Katherine was there. Terrifying to most, the Mim had never served as anything other than a calming presence to the youngest Heart in her rare moments of panic. A rarity that had always made the emotion that much more intense for the young woman. âJust one, but youâre really fuzzy, Kitty Kat,â she murmured, holding the otherâs arms for added stability. The second question earned only a weak nod. âTake me home? I wanna go home.â
mimiismsâ:
â â Never had she seen Jo like this. Not a single god damn time, and quite frankly? It was worrisome. âJohanna.â Katherineâs attempting to keep her voice down, to keep it level as not to further upset the other. âDarlinâ listen ta me, please!â Cautious step is taken forward, arms outstretched as if to prove she isnât meaning the other any harm. âAhâm not goinâ ta press et, ye âave my word â but ye need ta calm down. Ahâm not goinâ ta leave until yer feelinâ safe.â
Hands tangled into her hair as Johanna tried to hold off the frightening scenes of her life before death. Regardless of her lack of need to breathe, it was an act that was becoming harder and harder to do as she became lost in herself. âKatherine, no...â One of the few friends sheâd made in Auradon, the ghost couldnât bare the idea of harming her. She also knew she wasnât likely to be able to convince the other to leave. âThey wonât stop! Get somewhere safe!â An almost order given just as her eyes took on a glassy, white appearance. In the next moment she was screaming for help from those who werenât even there, trapped in a memory she was being forced to relive.
mimiismsâ:
â â Gentle laugh falls despite her nearly depressive state, a shake of her head moment later. âYer not, darlinâ. Ah wanted ta spend time with ye ân we both know that yeâd never turn down an opportunity ta shop.â Let alone cause trouble, much like the rest of her family. âAh think a bar fight might be tha only way ta end this night. â be tha best way ta end et.â
Was it really manipulation when the result was pleasing to both parties? Even so, she didnât mind it when it meant spending time with the other. âA weakness I am more than happy to have exploited. Especially when I already have a coat on reserve that needs to be picked up. Long, faux fur in my favorite shade of red.â And high end, of course. âI say we shop first so we can find the perfect outfits, then we can head back to my place to change for our night of chaos.â
weasierwâ:
â âI think youâre the only one who thinks that.â The man rolled his eyes. Who was this child asking him to stay away from his own daughter? Taking away a mug from some guy sitting in a table he went and sat across from her. âDamage? How in the devilâs did I cause her any damage? If anything Iâm the one you should be thanking for the way she is today. Has more guts than Gil and smarts than the twins. Only bad thing is sheâs a bloody pirate.â How is it that his two youngest decided to align themselves with others instead of him like the twins? Gaston blamed their mothers for that.
âI guarantee youâre wrong about that,â she bit out in response, eyes narrowing as she did little to hide her disgust. Sheâd spent years doing her best to avoid the man so consumed by his own ego that he truly couldnât see his many, in her opinion, faults. âIâm a bloody pirate,â Eden stated, a fact she was proud of. âOn her crew in fact, and Iâd say weâre far more responsible for the amazing person sheâs become, in spite of the emotional and mental toll being your child had on her.â It was hard to keep her hatred of the man hidden. Not when she loved Ellie as her own sister and had been forced to witness the harm Gaston had caused the first mate.
thetimelessmindâ:
He moved to prop himself up on his elbow, half sitting up as she changed her position and linked their hands again. âIâm not exactly the model of goodâŚâ Being a teen father, nearly a drop out, and running away from home, he was about as rebellious as Auradon got. âBut Iâm glad I could do that for you. Your mer half should never have been something that you felt ashamed of.â He hated that the Isle made her feel that way and he was glad that her crew had at least never treated her that way even if she believed it.
âStill a hell of a lot better than most of the people I know,â Eden pointed out. Though given sheâd essentially grown up in prison, the lack of competition couldnât be all that shocking. âYouâre right, and I wish Iâd had someone like you around to tell me just that when my father was feeding me the opposite.â Sadly sheâd only joined Lelandâs crew after the seeds of self hatred had been planted. Otherwise they likely wouldâve been able to prevent her monster complex. âBut Iâm glad I have you now. Late or not.â
