It was one of those long nights where the only answer was to get out and see what you could do to entertain yourself. Did she find anything? No. Instead she returned home and took a shower. It was nearly 1:00AM as someone seemed to teleport in to her studio apartment. Seras turned, her features laced with pure shock.

"C-Cassie?" It’d been years since Bathory took her away for his own deeds. She’d given up hope she would even see her again. But, there she was. Standing right in front all grown up and beautiful as ever. How did she find me? That definitely was the question of the night.

                 Throughout the last few days since she'd been broken out of                  the Citadel, Cassandra had felt more of that tug in the back of                  her head, and it was getting harder to ignore. When the                  others in the Lair had fallen asleep, she teleported out of                  there, and landed where the tug was strongest. Looking up                  ;she was shocked when she saw her mother.

                             ❝...Mom?❞

                 After she left with her father, Cassie had come up with her                  own conclusion that her mother didn't care anymore, not                  enough to come along with them--it never occurred to her                  until lately that maybe her mother didn't have a choice.                  Standing up fully, she pulls the older woman into a tight hug,                  overwhelmed.

                   She can't help the quirk of her lips, as she gives a shrug.
