âSo, Eddie,â Cassie started to say before she took a sip of her coffee and placed her cup onto the table, with her hands wrapped around it. âIts okay for me to call you Eddie, right? Or do you like being called Mr. Brock? Because I can totally call you Mr. Brock or does that age you? Not saying, that youâre old or anything like that.â Cassie was definitely her fatherâs daughter, knowing that she rambled a bit and tend to nerd out if she ended up meeting someone pretty cool.
Cassie was walking down the street, shuffling through her playlist of songs that she needed to hear when she bumped into someone. âI am so sorry,â She said as she looked at the person and offered them a soft smile. âI wasnt looking where I was going and I totally shouldâve but I wasnt and Im so sorry for it.â
Alright, Im doing a starter call for one Miss Cassie Lang, and will be stopping at 6! Let me know which character you want if you have multiple characters Also please like if you want a starter. <3 (0/6)

âDelivery!â Kate shouted before shooting an arrow with a bag of pizza on it into Cassieâs room. She proceeded to climb into the room from the window, flopping down onto Cassieâs bed. âYou know, itâs a lot of work to do a dramatic entrance.â She sat back up. âSorry about your wall.â
âWhoa!â Cassie let out once she moved in time to avoid an arrow in the arm and glanced over at Kate. âYeah, itâd be easier to use the front door.â She placed a hand underneath the bag of pizza, pulled the arrow out and placed it onto her desk. âItâs, okay. Iâll cover it up with some posters.â She grabbed her computer chair, pulled it closer to her bed and placed the bag onto her bed. âHow did you know that Im alive and here? Not that Im complaining, since Im glad that we skipped the whole, âAre you a ghost? I bet youâre a ghost, lets put an arrow into you to find out.â part.â
Daisy nodded, swallowing. âYeah, but itâs fine. Iâll figure it out, no matter how complicated it gets.â Everything about Ward was complicated. There were a lot of complicated feelings about him, and the way he just showed up from the past like he did was even more complicated. It was difficult to know what was the right thing to do with him, especially when she so deeply wanted to believe in people and believe that they could be good. There was every possibility that Ward could stab her in the back again, or worse. At least this time around, it was likely that she wouldnât just fall in love with him again. âReally?â she asked surprised. âWeird coincidence then.â She chuckled. âHave you tried calling any of them?â
Cassie nodded a bit. âIf you need help, let me know and Iâll get my suit.â She said softly with a soft smile, knowing that her mom probably hid it somewhere or maybe her dad has it. She also knew where Daisy was coming from, since she hadnât seen Nathaniel and wasnât for sure how he was going to react to her being back, alive. âYeah, and Iâve been afraid to reach out to them, since I have a feeling Kate might shoot an arrow at me, seeing if Im a ghost and Im not ready to show up on my momâs doorstep.â
âNo worries, I know most men can be annoying as hell. It would be my first reaction as well.â Casey smiled. âYup, best seat in the house because I like the way he just holds me close. Havenât been used to that kind of thing, but I think itâs really nice now.â
âYeah, for the most part.â At least from what I remembered. She gave him a smile, ignoring the jealous feeling since Nate used to be her favorite place to sit as well. She cleared her throat a bit and closed her math book after she marked her place. âWhatâs your boyfriendâs name? If you donât mind me asking?â
âI guess so. Teachers and professors have to get paid after all.â Daisy shrugged. She brought one foot onto the chair she was sitting in, stretching the other one out as she got more comfortable. She let out a sigh. âGrant Ward. I had a crush on him when I was younger. We almost started dating, but then he turned out to be working with Hydra and killed some of my friends. Coulson ended up killing him eventually, but then his corpse got kinda possessed by this weird alien inhuman guy who could basically mind control people. He made me hurt my friends, got my therapist killed, and my boyfriend died stopping him. Needless to say, Ward isnât the kind of person you want to come back to life.â She sighed, shaking her head. âIâm glad I ran into you too. Itâs nice to see youâre doing well.â
âYeah, they do.â Cassie replied as she nodded a bit. She listened to her, taking in what she was saying, rose an eyebrow and reached over before she carefully patted her on the shoulder. âIm sorry to hear all about that, Daisy. Especially when he killed almost everyone you loved.â She offered her a soft smile and swallowed hard. She understood about going out with someone and them turning out to be someone completely different. âMe too, I was about to look you up but then, you ran into me. Yeah, for the most part. Kind of tired of hearing, âI thought you were dead!â Itâs bad enough I havenât seen Kate or anyone else. Its bad enough it sent my mom into a panic attack.â
â âActually my favorite spot is over by the window over there. Perfect distance from the counter and the bathroom. Says how much I come here.â She really was here almost everyday. âMore like you dropped your wallet on the ground and managed to save it before it got swiped.â Kara mentioned as she put the item down in front of the other. She hadnât noticed it was on the floor until she overheard some kids talking about taking it. âSwear everything is in there. Scoutâs honor.â She replied.
âOh, my bad.â Cassie said, feeling a bit embarrassed by how she reacted and cleared her throat a bit. She glanced into her backpack, noticed that her wallet wasnât in there and let out a sigh. âThank you, I swore I had it in my backpack and I just, man. Im not with it today.â She nodded as she grabbed it, pushed the chair out with her foot and gestured for her to sit down. âThank you, again, and please, sit.â
âActually, no.â Casey smiled. âItâs more of a me warning you that youâve got toilet paper stuck to your shoe, and I donât have a favorite spot if my boyfriendâs not there, so thereâs that too.â
âOh, lovely.â Cassie said as she glanced down at her shoes and stepped on it, kicked it far away from her as possible. âSorry about sounding rude and thank you.â She rose an eyebrow when they mentioned boyfriend. âI take it you sit on your boyfriendâs lap?
âGross. Math homework,â Daisy repeated, grimacing at the thought of it. Just looking at it made her glad that sheâd skipped out of high school early. It was almost ironic that sheâd ended up such a good hacker. More advanced hacking like the kind Daisy did involved some complicated mathematics, which she could do with ease, but if you sat her down with a math problem, sheâd sooner leap out a window. Did that say much if she jumped out of windows all the time? âLately? A lot,â Daisy said as she sat down next to Cassie. âI wish I was doing things like watching Game of thrones and looking up memes. Instead, Iâm doing things like dealing with my old crush being suddenly alive again and finding my best friend not dead too. I wish I could say you were the only undead person I knew. At least itâs not zombies.â
âI know, but someone has to take it and at least itâs only one math class.â Cassie said, shutting her book as she turned towards her body at her. She listened to Daisy, grabbed her coffee and sipped on it with an eyebrow raised. âWho else is alive than me?â She placed the coffee back down, glad that she remembered decafe than caffeine, since she needed to watch her heart again.  âThatâs always a bright side, to things, I guess. Im glad that I ran into you, though. It made my entire day a lot better, thatâs for sure.â
Cassie quickly moved her things, knowing that she had seen him around on campus and gestured for him to sit down. âNo, not at all. Please, sit and Im sorry if I sounded rude, my music was playing so loud that I couldnât hear a thing.â She replied as she reached over to turn off her iPhone and gave him a soft smile. âDefinitely, safety in numbers.â She stuck out her hand. âThe nameâs Cassie, by the way.â
Have you ever noticed that ( CASSIE LANG ) from the ( MARVEL UNIVERSE ) looks a lot like ( NAOMI SCOTT )? But ( SHE ) also go/goes by ( STATURE ). Having the ability to/of ( Hand-to-Hand Combat/Size Reduction ) sure makes them a force to be reckoned with. Rumour has it they are ( 25 ) and is working as a ( COLLEGE STUDENT ). (ooc; k, she/her, 28, pst)
give this a like and iâll slide into your DMs <3
Whattup, its K, coming to you from space or something, idk. ANYWAY, this is my baby Cassie, this is my second time playing her and Iâve fallen in love with her from the beginning.
Im going to be taking bits and pieces from the comic universe and from the mcu (the world's greatest grandma award deserves to be apart of this). Anyway, here are some fun facts about Ms. Cassie Lang that I will be adding onto her bright personality.
Cassie fell in love with the music from the â70s & â80s, since Scott let her listen to old records and tapes of his.Â
Sheâs currently a college student, English major and creative writing emphasis.Â
Renegade by Styx seems to fit her a bit, since she follows Scottâs footsteps when it comes to the law.
She died, but she has come back and has been getting up to date on everything, from todayâs memes to todayâs music and she still digs â90s R&B & Hip-Hop.
She has made a tktok account, but she hasnât made any content, she just likes getting caught up on what kind of culture she has been missing. Along with shows, sheâs been binging a ton of shows on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, the works.Â
Sheâs definitely a big nerd and would probably talk about anything to you, so youâve been warned.
She knows how to pick locks and pickpocketing because why not?
Being the Director of S.H.I.E.L.D. meant that Daisy knew a lot of people, often without them knowing her in return. When the Avengers had been fighting each other, S.H.I.E.L.D. had been in a slightly more serious battle, so Daisy hadnât gotten a chance to meet Scott Lang then. She actually knew Cassie and the Young Avengers more than she knew him, having run across them a few times while working for Fury Sr. She wasnât too much older than them. âNo, youâre good. I just didnât expect to see you here. What are you up to?â
âOh, okay good,â Cassie replied and shrugged a bit as she placed her pencil down onto her math book. âJust, math homework and trying to play catch up on memes and everything I missed. Since I kind of, died.â She paused for a bit before she continued. âI tried watching Game of Thrones but, I gave up after the second season.â She cleared her throat a bit and pulled out a chair next to her. âAlso been trying to find another show to watch. What are you up to? Besides, talking to me.â
