On Accident | Omega Yan!Savanaclaw & Scarabia x Willing Alpha M!Yuu Reader
A/N: I accidentally posted my draft but hopefully no one saw it.. Yuu was barely hiding his freak around Jamil, it was fun to write. Read the previous part here.
CW: Yandere, Stalking, Manipulation, Suggestive, Possessive Themes, Consensual Drugging, Yuu's a freak, Yuu is his own warning, Yuu wants Jamil to hypnotize him but idk how to tag it
Yuu had finally found a genuine thrill in his life.
For the longest time, he had wondered why the people society praised as "pure" or "innocent" left him completely cold. Standard romance bored him to tears. Sweet, predictable devotion felt entirely hollow. Now, watching the beautiful disaster unfolding around him, he finally understood his own taste. He didn't want ordinary. He didn't want sane. He liked them crazy. He liked the raw, unhinged desperation of a predator entirely broken by its own instincts.
At first, he had been genuinely oblivious to the bizarre behaviors of the omegas around him. He had chalked it up to the eccentricities of Night Raven College. But after navigating the chaotic minefields of Heartslabyul and the suffocating traps of Octavinelle, his eyes had completely opened. The fog of confusion had cleared, replaced by a sharp, calculating clarity.
Now, he was paying attention. And now, everything had changed.
After dealing with the sheer, breathless breakdown of the Octavinelle trio, Yuu started to look closer at the odd behaviors of the three beastfolk in Savanaclaw. His dorm room had started to feel just a little too empty, and it wasn't a coincidence anymore.
The way his personal items kept mysteriously disappearing wasn't the work of Ace or Deuce. His first year friends weren't nearly sneaky enough to pull off a theft without leaving a massive, clumsy trail of evidence behind them. Riddle, as intensely obsessive as he was getting, would never stoop to petty theft. The housewarden's rigid pride meant he wouldn't touch a single thing belonging to Yuu unless it was handed directly to him. Cater and Trey, while certainly hiding their own dark streaks, didn't seem the type to hoard laundry or unused old pens.
No, this was different. This was animalistic.
Yuu began tracing the missing items back to the Savanaclaw dorm. It started with a missing gym shirt, the one he had left hanging on the line after a brutal track session. Then, a spare pillowcase vanished from Ramshackle's couch. And most recently, a half used bottle of his body wash had completely disappeared from the bathroom shelf.
It was a scent hoarding instinct, pure and simple.
He recalled the way Jack's tail would thud heavily against the floor whenever Yuu brushed past him, the large wolf omega's ears pinning back as he tried and failed to hide how aggressively he was filtering the air through his nose. He remembered Ruggie's laugh getting just a bit too breathless, his hyena ears twitching frantically as his eyes tracked the exact pocket where Yuu kept his handkerchief, a predator calculating the perfect moment to scavenge a piece of the alpha.
And then there was Leona.
The lazy, arrogant lion who usually couldn't be bothered to lift a finger had recently taken to "napping" in places that directly crossed Yuu's daily path. Just yesterday, Yuu had found the prince lounging on a bench outside the library, a familiar piece of dark fabric tangled in his claws, the exact ribbon Yuu had been looking for all morning. Leona hadn't even bothered to hide it. He had just stared up at Yuu through heavy, dilated pupils, a low, territorial purr rumbling deep in his chest, silently daring the alpha to try and take it back.
A quiet, dangerous smile pulled at the corners of Yuu's lips as he walked down the hallway. They thought they were being clever. They thought they were the ones slowly cornering him, marking him, and stealing pieces of his life to line their nests. They had no idea that Yuu was watching every single theft with a growing, twisted sense of amusement.
They wanted to play the predator? Fine. He would happily play the unsuspecting prey, right up until the moment he decided to pull their leashes.
Now Playing: On Accident by Nico Collins
"One time, you crossed my mind and I promised I'd be careful"
Leona prided himself on his instincts. He was a prince, a predator. When the magicless, scrawny alpha from another world first crossed his mind, Leona had warned himself to be careful. He smelled something dangerous beneath that unassuming, tired exterior. A quiet, grounding gravity that made his inner omega want to stop fighting, stop plotting, and just lie down at his feet.
He promised himself he would just watch. He'd stay in the shadows, nap through the day, and keep his distance. But an itch had started under his skin. A feral, agonizing need to have that scent coating his fur, claiming his space, and silencing the constant, exhausting roar of his own resentment.
"Had a head start thinking with my heart so I chased you in the dark."
Ruggie hadn't been careful at all. He had let his heart, or rather, the desperate, starved instincts of a scavenger omega give him a head start. He started slipping into Ramshackle under the cover of night, chasing Yuu's lingering warmth in the dark. He swiped shirts, pens, blankets, etc. Anything to line his nest with the only scent that made him feel truly safe, truly fed.
Jack had chased him too, driven by a fierce, protective instinct he tried to mask as "duty." The wolf omega had tracked Yuu's footsteps through the campus, always staying a few paces behind, convinced he was the one looking after the fragile human. They thought they were the ones doing the hunting. They thought they were stalking a helpless prey through the shadows of Night Raven College.
"Hit twice, my hands were tied, and you turned around the table now you..."
Yuu stood just inside the threshold of the Savanaclaw lounge, holding a small basket of fresh pastries. His posture was soft, his shoulders relaxed, and his face wore that perfectly crafted expression of gentle, wide eyed innocence that he knew exactly how to weaponize.
"Oh, um... hello" Yuu said softly, his voice carrying a nervous, delicate pitch that immediately drew the sharp ears of the three beastfolk.
Leona didn't move from his spot on the couch, but his ears twitched forward instantly. Ruggie paused mid stride, a half eaten donut frozen in his hand, while Jack immediately stood up a little straighter, his tail giving a single, subconscious thump against the floor.
"I'm sorry to barge in" Yuu continued, tilting his head with a look of pure, apologetic sweetness. "But I wanted to bring these over as a thank you for helping me with the yard work last week. And... well, I actually wanted to ask for your advice."
"Advice?" Ruggie purred, his eyes instantly locking onto Yuu, though his nose was already twitching, desperately trying to catch a whiff of the alpha scent drifting off the boy. "About what, prefect?"
"Well..." Yuu sighed softly, looking down at his own shoes, the picture of a frustrated, helpless human trying his best in a magic school. "It's the strangest thing. My things keep completely vanishing out of nowhere."
Leona's eyes narrowed slightly. Jack stiffened, his ears pinning back in sudden, guilty panic. Ruggie's smile froze on his face.
"V-Vanishing?" Jack rumbled, his voice cracking slightly as he tried to look completely natural. "Like what?"
"Just... personal things." Yuu said, looking up with big, completely trusting eyes. "Last week it was my favorite oversized sweater. And yesterday, I noticed a whole bundle of my spare pillowcases went missing. I even lost a bottle of my body wash."
Yuu took a deliberate step forward, letting his passive alpha pheromones flare. Just a soft, warm, earthy scent. To the three omegas, it felt like a heavy, intoxicating blanket dropping over their shoulders.
"I'm just so clumsy and forgetful.." Yuu lamented with a self conscious laugh, scratching the back of his neck. "I keep leaving my laundry out on the line overnight, and I always leave my gym bag completely unattended by the track fields. I guess I'm just practically begging for things to get lost, aren't I?"
He was laying down a map.
He was telling them exactly where his scent soaked items would be. He was practically handing them the keys to his wardrobe, all while looking like a clueless, vulnerable lamb.
Leona let out a low, ragged breath, his fingers digging deep into the leather of the sofa. His pupils dilated significantly, his golden irises practically swallowed by black as he stared at Yuu's completely exposed collarbone. The urge to go to the track fields right now, to hunt down that gym bag and tear it open, was a physical ache in his chest.
"Is that so?" Leona managed to drawl, though his voice was entirely too deep, vibrating with a thick, needy undertone he couldn't quite mask. "You really ought to be more careful, herbivore. Someone might... take advantage of how careless you are."
"I know, Leona-senpai. I'm really trying." Yuu said, offering the lion a bright, blindingly sweet smile that made Leona's inner omega absolutely weep. Yuu stepped closer, setting the pastry basket on the table right in front of Ruggie. "But honestly, if anyone around here did take them, I wouldn't even be mad. If someone wanted my old clothes that badly, they must really need them, right? I'd just want them to be warm."
Ruggie choked on his own saliva. His cheeks flushed a violent, burning pink. The sheer, terrifying irony of Yuu's "innocence" giving them permission. Validating the very thefts they used to build their secret, desperate nest, nearly brought the hyena omega to his knees. Ruggie's hands began to tremble as he gripped the edge of the table, his eyes going entirely dark as he stared up at Yuu's gentle, smiling face.
"Y-Yeah." Ruggie wheezed out, his breathless voice betraying just how deeply the alpha's proximity was breaking him. "You're... you're way too nice, Yuu."
"I just trust you guys." Yuu said softly, his voice a soothing, hypnotic purr that effectively tied their instincts in knots. He turned his gaze to Jack, whose chest was heaving as he stared at the floor, fighting a losing battle against his inner omega. Yuu reached out, gently patting Jack's massive shoulder. "Anyway, I'll leave the pastries here. I have to go leave my running jacket on the bleachers while I go to the library. See you later!"
Yuu turned on his heel and walked out of the lounge, his posture perfectly relaxed.
The moment the door clicked shut behind him, the innocence vanished from his face. A dark, thoroughly amused smile spread across his lips as he walked down the hallway. He could hear the faint, frantic scuffling inside the room already. The low, territorial growl from Leona, the breathless, hurried footsteps of Ruggie, and Jack's desperate, whining sigh.
"Oh I'll never see it coming but I know we'll crash"
Leona knows a disaster when he sees one. He's spent his whole life calculating angles, finding flaws in systems, and avoiding traps. Yet, every time Yuu walks into the botanical garden with that wide eyed, fragile "innocence" Leona can feel the impending wreck.
He won't see the exact moment the trap springs, Yuu makes sure of that with his flawlessly naive execution. But Leona knows they are going to crash. He knows that a prince of the sunset savanna shouldn't be losing his mind over a magicless human's discarded gym shirt. He knows that letting his hardwired instincts dictate his movements is a one way ticket to total vulnerability. But when Yuu leans over his laying figure, letting that intoxicating, heavy alpha scent wash over him while asking for "protection", Leona's brain completely shorts out. He knows the destruction of his pride is coming, and he's entirely powerless to stop it.
"Cause when we're with each other yeah we move too fast"
For Ruggie, the obsession didn't crawl, it hit like a physical punch. He used to be the guy who moved cautiously, calculated every risk, and always had an escape plan. But around Yuu, everything moves at a terrifying, breathless velocity.
One day he was just stealing leftovers from Ramshackle, the next, he's sprinting across campus to snatch a running jacket Yuu "accidentally" left on the bleachers, his heart hammering against his ribs in a frenzy of pure, primal desperation. Whenever Yuu is in the room, Ruggie's careful, street smart logic completely evaporates. His inner omega completely takes the wheel, pushing him to claim, scent, and hoard before anyone else can. The speed of his own descent terrifies him, but the moment Yuu gives him a bright, trusting smile and thanks him for "always being such a reliable friend" Ruggie presses his foot right back down on the gas.
"And every time I think about the consequence, I swear I only fell for you on accident."
Jack is the one trapped in a state of absolute, frantic denial. Every single time he looks at the corner of his room where he's secretly stashed Yuu's missing body wash and a stray pillowcase, a cold dread washes over him. He thinks about the consequences. He is a disciplined, honorable athlete. He’s supposed to be the upright wolf who plays by the rules. What if Yuu realizes he's a thief? What if Yuu looks at him with disgust instead of that gentle warmth?
So, Jack frantically repeats the lie to himself like a prayer. I only fell for him on accident. I didn't mean to become a predator tracking a classmate. I just wanted to help him run laps. It was an accident.
He tries so desperately to convince himself that his feral, possessive nature was just a fluke, completely blind to the fact that Yuu is watching his frantic internal struggle from afar. Yuu sees the way Jack's ears twitch with guilt, the way Ruggie breathes too fast, the way Leona grips his stolen items a little too tightly.
And as Yuu walks away, hiding a dark, thoroughly satisfied smirk, he knows it wasn't an accident at all. He built the slope, made sure it was slick with temptation, and happily watched all three of them lose their grip.
The desert sun beats down on Scarabia dorm, but the air between them was thick and suffocating. Dealing with Savanaclaw had been a thrill, but this was a completely different flavor of madness. Yuu stood perfectly still, a flawlessly crafted mask of gentle innocence hiding his profound amusement.
Ever since Jamil's Overblot, the entire dorm had rewired itself around Yuu's presence.
Kalim hovered anxiously, frantically adjusting the collar of Yuu's uniform. His famous sunny disposition had twisted into something manic, his dilated eyes swimming with desperate devotion. "You look so tired, Yuu. You shouldn't walk back to Ramshackle. I've prepared a massive feast, and the entire east wing is being redecorated for you... permanent residence sounds much safer, right?"
It was a beautiful, golden cage, offered on a silver platter.
"It's no imposition either." Jamil's smooth voice interrupted. Stepping from the shadows, his gray irises were completely swallowed by black as he blocked Kalim, offering Yuu a glass of iced tea. Leaning in close enough for his breath to brush Yuu's ear, he whispered "I personally brewed this batch, prefect. It will help you rest... deeply. Drink it all."
Yuu hid his smirk behind the rim of the glass. He knew exactly what Jamil put in the drinks. Jamil had spent months spinning a web to control his housewarden, only to walk straight into an alpha's trap the moment Yuu held his broken body post overblot. Now, Jamil's brilliant mind was broken, using those same manipulation tactics exclusively to paralyze Yuu with control.
They thought they were playing chess for Yuu's freedom, almost entirely blind to the fact that Yuu was writing the script.
"Wow, Jamil, this is delicious" Yuu said, blinking innocently. He took a slow sip, letting his grounding alpha scent flare just enough to force a visible, submissive shudder out of both boys. "You always know exactly what I need. I don't know what I'd do without you two."
As they led him inside, completely dazed and ruined, a dark smile tugged at Yuu's mind. They wanted to build a prison for their alpha? Fine. He would happily walk right in, just to watch them tear themselves apart trying to keep the doors locked.
"One spark, you jump my heart and I feel it beating faster. Yeah it's too late, I'm not ashamed, you're the answer to the pain"
One single spark from Yuu, and Kalim's heart had jumped, beating faster than it ever had in his entire life. It wasn't just affection, it was a violent revival. Suddenly, the golden palace of Scarabia felt entirely empty unless Yuu was sitting at his side.
Jamil had called him pathetic. The rest of the school probably thought he had completely lost his mind, throwing resources, wealth, and his own dignity at a magicless prefect. But Kalim wasn't ashamed. It was already far too late to save him anyway. Every single trauma from his childhood, every bit of agony from Jamil's overblot.. It all vanished the second Yuu wrapped his arms around him. Yuu was the answer to the pain.
"Yeah baby oooh, why you gotta be so damn cruel?"
And yet, Yuu was so, so damn cruel.
Kalim's dilated eyes welled with tears of desperate adoration as Yuu accepted Jamil's iced tea, deliberately splitting his attention. Yuu knew exactly what he was doing, dangling the cure right in front of a starving man, keeping Kalim on the absolute edge of sanity.
"There was never enough for two. But you know I'd do anything for you"
The sunny, generous housewarden who used to share everything with the world was completely dead. There was never enough of Yuu for two people to share. Kalim didn't want to share him with other dorms, and deep down, he didn't even want to share him with Jamil. He wanted Yuu entirely to himself, locked away in a room made of gold and silk.
"Yuu..." Kalim whispered, his voice cracking, completely ruined as he stepped closer. His irises were entirely swallowed by black, submissive yet terrifyingly fixed. "You know I'd do anything for you, right? Anything at all. Just... please don't leave today."
From behind the rim of his glass, Yuu just offered another soft, clueless blink, utterly delighted by how easily the brightest boy in school had succumbed to the dark.
"You're so glad that you found me, wrapped your hands all around me"
After his overblot, Jamil lay ruined in his room, stripped of his lifelong mask. He expected execution or exile. Instead, Yuu went inside to check on his condition and embraced the broken boy into his arms. The sudden, overwhelming warmth of Yuu's pheromones anchored Jamil's shattered sanity, instantly silencing the residual static of his magic.
"A barbed wire tied so tight"
Even in his exhaustion, Jamil's calculating mind realized the truth. This rescue was a trap. By comforting him at his absolute lowest, Yuu had wrapped a figurative barbed wire around Jamil's soul. The vice housewarden's brilliant, strategic mind was instantly paralyzed, permanently rewired to depend entirely on the very person who had defeated him.
"You whisper sweet little lies, I listen every time"
Now, Jamil stood in the courtyard, offering Yuu the laced tea. When Yuu blinked innocently and murmured how much he "needed" Jamil, Jamil listened to the lie greedily. He knew Yuu was far from a clueless, fragile human, Yuu liked the control. Yet Jamil willingly chose the illusion, eagerly drinking in the falsified sweetness because returning to his old, bitter existence was unthinkable.
"Cause if I ever said goodbye then you would die."
Jamil's gray irises were completely swallowed by a dilated, helpless black void as Yuu took a sip of the tea. He was entirely bound. If Yuu ever took his scent away, walked out of Scarabia, and said goodbye, Jamil knew his sanity would completely fracture. He would literally die. He could only stand there, breathing heavily in total submission, while Yuu hid a victorious smirk behind the rim of his glass.
Suddenly, Yuu leaned forward, completely exposing his throat. He held Jamil's gaze, his eyes softening with deliberate, eager anticipation. He didn't fight the heavy atmosphere, he invited it. His silent posture a blatant demand for Jamil to cast Snake Whisper.
"Came to me in my darkest night, with no way out you gave me light"
A cold sweat broke out across Jamil's collarbone. His unique magic was his ultimate weapon, yet his lips refused to move. The incantation died in his throat. To hypnotize Yuu meant turning those clear, brilliant eyes vacant. It meant breaking his anchor, the very light that had pulled him from the ink of his overblot. If he stripped away Yuu's free will, the connection would be a hollow illusion.
"Now we speak through my every vice"
Jamil's mind was entirely trapped. His obsession with the prefect had consumed his every instinct, warping his natural urge for control into a desperate, frantic need to protect this bond. Yet, Yuu's unblinking, willing stare was a beautiful, agonizing trap. By offering complete submission, Yuu stripped the Viper of his ability to strike.
"And even in the pills that the doc prescribed"
Yuu was his chemical necessity, his sole source of sanity. Jamil couldn't bring himself to destroy the medicine keeping his madness at bay.
Jamil's gray irises rapidly dilated into a helpless, submissive black void. His knees trembled as he stood paralyzed, entirely mastered by Yuu's silence.
Satisfied by the total breakdown, Yuu finally broke eye contact. His flawlessly crafted mask of clueless innocence slid back on. He offered a gentle, naive smile, handed Jamil his empty glass, and turned toward the lounge. Left shaking against the stone pillar, Jamil clutched his chest, utterly conquered without a single spell ever being cast.
"If God came down and he asked me the truth, I don't think I'd say I'm in love with you"
Leona's fractured pride refuses the vulnerability of "love." To his cynical nature, admitting love feels like total defeat. He frames his dependency as a mere preference, protecting the remaining armor of his ego.
"I just like the company and how you fuck with me"
He is deeply addicted to the psychological game. He craves the grounding presence of Yuu's alpha scent to keep his depression at bay, and he is fascinated by how a magicless human completely manipulates and unravels powerful predators.
"Some things we can't undo"
The overblot rewired him permanently. The moment Yuu held his broken body and marked his soul with that protective warmth, the trap snapped shut. The dependency is irreversible. They have crossed a line into an toxic bond that Leona can never break, even if he wanted to.
"It's more of the feeling I find appealing, in my bed as I stare at the ceiling. Rush in my body, a torrent of color"
Ruggie used to be driven entirely by survival, money, food, a full stomach. But now, lying awake in the dark of his room, staring blankly at the ceiling, none of that matters. The only thing he craves is the chemical high of Yuu's alpha scent. The moment Yuu flairs his pheremones, it's a physical rush through Ruggie's veins, a sudden, blinding torrent of color that floods his perpetually gray, exhausting world. He is addicted to the sensory overload of being mastered by someone who doesn't even have magic.
"Treat me like no other lover. Got me convinced I don't need no one else, you steal my soul and leave me the shell"
Kalim was a boy who loved the whole world, but Yuu has entirely rewired him. Yuu treats him with a precise, intoxicating mixture of gentle praise and psychological control, treating him like no other lover ever could. It has completely hollowed Kalim out. He doesn't care about his family, his wealth, or his duties anymore. Yuu has convinced him that he doesn't need a single soul besides his alpha. Yuu has quietly stolen Kalim's vibrant soul, leaving behind a manic, worshipful shell that only moves when Yuu commands it.
"If I could go back I'd kneel and repent, and swear I only fell for you on accident."
Jack's rigid, upright morals are tearing him apart. He was the one who prided himself on being independent, fair, and strong. Yet, here he is, completely brought to his knees by his own feral instincts. If he could turn back time, he would desperately kneel, pray, and repent for letting a magicless human break his defenses. He keeps chanting to himself that it was a mistake, that he only fell for Yuu on accident, because admitting he willingly surrendered his loyalty to a manipulative alpha is a truth his proud heart cannot bear.
