I love this line and scene cause it shows us our first glimpses into Azriel’s personality and dynamic with the ic and bat boys and also why he gravitates towards Elain.

He’s the introvert of the group, hes quiet and solemn by nature. We see over and over that its sometimes too much to be around so many extroverts like we see in the IC even though he loves them. We see this behavior with non family extroverts too, like Gwyn, he doesn’t match that energy at all.

So when he makes it a point to choose to spend time with Elain and seek her out it’s notable. No one is pushing him to do anything, it’s what he wants to do. It brings him peace to just sit and just exist with another person that matches his energy. Both he and Elain have the same stoic dry humour and quips that most people don’t even consider banter but its their preferred kind. They are literally perfect for each other.

this is Feyre's corner, with the crown, the book and the arrows

this is Nesta's corner, with the mask and the sword, blood (pomegranate) and bone

and this is Elain's corner:

I think that the Harp is her Dead Trove object (with the crown being Feyre's and the Mask being Nesta's)

The spindle--a Weaver of fates and the symbol of 'home'. Black box, where Koschei keeps his immortality. The chalice I am not sure yet. The stone--a syphon?

Finally, the horn in the back--Bryce? Set in the background because she won't play a major role, but the association is there?
