Hey, I am D and I am a 22-year-old admirer and encourager. I'd love to be a part of the community, so that's what this blog is for!

Ritual XXXI: The Last Bite (Ritual to make them eat more)

Not all feedees are created equal. Some are eating until they fall asleep to avoid looking too closely at what they are becoming. Some other are not. Who are the ones who are awake for their own ruin?

The Directive: For your next binge, you will not zone out. You will not watch TV. You will perform a deep inspection on your own surrender.

The Mechanic: Eat until you reach the threshold. You know the exact point. It is the moment when your stomach wall is drum-tight, your breathing becomes a shallow gasp, and the physical pain of fullness sets in. The point where normal people stop.

Stop chewing. Hold the next bite of heavy, dense food in your hand. Look at it.

You know perfectly well that your body does not need this bite. You know that forcing it down will cross the line from 'full' to 'incapacitated'.

Now, close your eyes. Put the food in your mouth. Chew and swallow.

While that unnecessary, painful mass slides down your throat, pushing your overstretched organs to their breaking point, I want you to isolate the exact thought in your head.

The Inquiry:

What was the exact trigger that made you swallow it anyway? When you felt the pain increase, what was the specific feeling you were exploring? Was it panic? Arousal? Or just the desperate need to prove you have no limits?

Break down that surrender. Tell me exactly why you chose to destroy your comfort just to add another fraction of an inch to your more and more obese waistline.

Do not lie and say "it tastes good." Find the real reason you are dragging yourself down. Document it. Post it.

The ones who can articulate their own degradation get the most fatter.

Ate through a whole tub of butter pecan ice cream after eating orange chicken and fried rice leftovers with half a gallon of choc milk, was decently bloated but still immensely HUNGRY!!!!! Someone pls fix that😩😩 my belly is rumbling as we speak (possibly from all the dairy I've consumed today lol)

Realization at the club rn….

Going from the hot girl all the men flirt with in the club, to an awkward fatty covered in lard who’s only at the club to make your other friends look hotter next to you by comparison is a different level of humiliating 😶‍🌫️

the way I see guys glance at my belly then my face caked in makeup to hide the habits of a grease-filled diet and then watch their gaze turn to the other girls and see their expression soften is making me feel a mix of anxiety, humiliation and…something else 😳

like I’m thinking “I swear used to be hot!!! 😩😩” as I look down and feel the resistance of my double chin create fatty face folds while all I can see is belly.. can’t even see my feet 🤭 I can’t even see any girl who is bigger or as big as me here, they all have flat tummies, perfect hair and makeup… I’m jealous but at the same time I feel like I’m still one of them??

Not one man has smiled at me or approached me, but my friends have gotten guys numbers within the first 20 minutes of being here 🙃

But despite everything… I feel this is exactly what I deserve to be so I can’t be too sad about it 🥴🐷

Well this comparison is embarrassing...

I cannot believe how much I let myself go. I was once such a fit dancer and I just could not stop stuffing myself. In the after my arms can't even rest on my side properly, that is how wide I am! 

This makes me so wet to see what I did to myself, and I am so desperate to become this big again... and maybe even bigger

You’re becoming such a pig I almost start to feel bad for you. All those girls that you used to use to motivate yourself into staying skinny are slowly (or not so slowly now) becoming a before image of what you’re turning into. Day by day you’re just eating yourself into a ball of lard and there’s nothing you can do to stop it. Do you ever think about how hard it would be to go back to the skinny girl you once were? It would be impossible for you now. Just turning into a fatter pig with less etiquette and manners as you grow stretch marks deeper and redder as time goes on. Keep eating piggy, it’s all you’re good for 🐷

I’m afraid it’s farr too late to go back 😩 I can either stay as big as I am now forever, or get bigger. Those are literally my only two options 😵‍💫

Being completely full feels so uncomfortable & gross I can feel my shoulders & posture round out more and more as the belly weight pulls me forward even when sitting & there’s always a twinge of regret but like I can’t even do anything about it those fattening calories are already sitting in my stomach digesting and turning into fat 🥵

But I can’t stop 😵‍💫 after years of repressing my cravings everything just tastes so good
