“…I will not provide false hope, young one– thou never had a glimmer of a chance. It is a revelation to neither lament nor fret over, however,”
There is no physical form to look upon, or match the divine dragon’s words to, yet to say that her voice is one that only the young girl can hear would also be incorrect– it is a whisper amongst a dying breeze; words everyone could hear, but do not direct themselves at everyone. It is an act that the woman does here and there, simply to guide those she deems to hopeless to survive without her aid– beings not special, but ones that Naga pities not unlike how a human might look upon a helpless, wounded animal. She is no God, truly, but a dragon that simply cannot cut her ties with humanity, even in death.
“Thy powers are unique, but not extraordinary or inhibitory. They were not the cause– unfortunate circumstances were.”
