An art form in 28mm
The other day I was walking through a mall with a pal of mine, and we found that the game store was throwing out a lot of super old game books. I handed them a fiver, and ran off with the books like a madman. In one of those books, one of the early Warhammer Fantasy rulebooks, I found GOLD.Ā Honestly, these little side-of-the-book doodles found in this rulebook are now my favorite WHFB art of all time! I mean, really, look at those Blue Horrors coming out of that Pink! Iāve never seen art of that before, and that is now 100% canon for how that process works, as far as I am concerned. Gosh. I love Doofhammer.
Awesome find
I honestly think these are some of the best models GW have made in a VERY long time. A genuine return to form.
I am actually much more excited about the Genestealer Cult than the Deathwatch! Such characterful models will be a joy to paint.
Will be preordering soon. :)
