I was just wondering if you have any tips for fasting. I can never seem to do it for very long. And if you have any tips to hide from parents. I’d really appreciate it.
hii! first of all it’s taken me a long time to build up to 6-7 day fasts, don’t expect yourself to immediately be able to go super long.
My parents are divorced and we never really eat at the table so it’s a lot easier for me to just take it to my room and throw it away or just fake making a plate, but if you aren’t able to do that you can spit into napkins or a plastic cup. Also just pushing food around on your plate and cutting it up a ton to make it look like you ate more since people are usually more focused on their food or something else rather than how much you ate, unless they have a reason to so kinda just make sure you don’t get caught.
During long fasts always take a multivitamin everyday otherwise you will eventually get super sick, I take OLLY womens multivitamin in the pill form cause gummies tend to have sugar and a ton of other stuff that’ll mess up your fast.
Sometimes when you’re a beginner having small snacks can help a ton with the hunger feeling, usually when I get super dizzy/sick feeling i’ll have a 5 cal jelly or a pickle spear which are 4 cal. - make sure u check the cals in ur multivitamin!! most have 5-10 and at around 25cals your fast will break
Also please drink lots of water and also things like tea and black coffee. Hydration is super important during fasts and just in general.

just had pretty much a binge but stayed under my maintenance 💔
I gained about 2 pounds probably from sodium / water weight (also tmi I haven’t used the bathroom) but I’m gonna fast again for 4-6 days to make up for it

Already back to my weight before, only took 24 hrs of fasting so just one day behind <3
officially lost 50 pounds so I got a new perfume ‼️
