i told my therapist abt all of this yesterday. she didnt rly help me much, she said i should think abt it on my own. idk what to do, for now i want to finish this diet and we'll see what i think afterwards. i took this pic of myself yesterday, i was waiting for my therapy appointment in a nearby park and i looove this cardigan, it makes me look so tall and lanky<33 gender euphoria

as i said i didnt give up i just stopped seeing the point of doing all this. of losing weight. idk bruv🥸 but yeah i had ~680cals. also, i had a dream where i found a bunch of 4na diets that were like "day 1: 300, day 2: 400, day 3: 11000, day 4: fast" 💀💀

almost 2 weeks wohoo! i overate a little bit (by like 70cals) but i walked almost 10k steps so im fine. i decided to binge on cereal in the morning and not eat anything else but then my friend invited me out for bubble tea and i thought sure! i love bubble tea! but turns out it has so many calories💔 i drank it anyway. my friend also got a burger and ngl i got kinda disgusted looking at it, it was all so greasy, even the buns were covered in greese. but shes naturally very skinny and she wants to gain weight so ofc no one was looking at her like she was crazy for eating it🙄

i had just below 900cals and i felt like binging so i went to sleep at 7pm and i woke up at 4am bruh. i still havent weight myself yet but im hoping for 58.5. yesterday i went on this kind of horse riding exam (? idk how to call it) and this pic of me😟 my legs look sm thinner

this is so stupid but yesterday a new girl came into my stable and my instructor asked her how much she weight bc she wanted to give her a pony to ride and she said shes 30kgs NOW she was 12 years old AT BEST but it made me hate her bahahah

i had ~764 cals and i went horse riding again yay i burned around 300 cals. idk if i should go to school tmrw, i kind of wanna challenge myself and see if i can resist eating BUT my parents r gonna be home as well and theyre probably gonna make me eat breakfast so idk
