thinking about Sun from Sams.. and how he slowly grew to HATE looking ever so slightly femenine.. 0r the idea he is looking wrong.. not.. man enough.. deep deep down he loved the idea of having no gender, and there are nights he comes back to old memories of him dressing up for the kids, weaking cheap dress and long bows to play his characters, visualize a tale, make a crying kid smile.. when life was so easy these human terms mean nothing to him... when he open his eyes he is bitter.. full of hatred..no, sadness.. because deep down he wish he could feel pretty.. and have no fear of mocking or fingers pointed at him.. calling him not man enough.. how deep down he still resents the damage all these jokes do to him.. he is frustrated that he felt affected by this- by mere words!.. but is the constant remark of his sexuality.. he grows bitter, over thinking every clothe choice.. and he leaves his old pants on.. his.. bare, clown like looks.. because is how everyone will see him, no need to put on anything.. he will always be the clown. and maybe deep down he is so cruel, mean, and uncaring to every woman he meets because he doesn't feel worthy enough.. and maybe the fear of someone getting closer, too close enough to see his weakness... is terrifying.. being Gay is ok by him.. but he is been mocked so much by that word he grew hatefull and resenfull..

it hurts.. he wish he could just dress up.. have the bravery to not care!.. but it hurts..

I wonder if Sun would grow mean and cruel to an actual gay Sun, not for his sexuality, but his bravery to be himself..

Soooo like i mentioned in a previous GOD AU post, Luminos has a mortal form, one he uses to hang around the mortals and other people in the dimension.

Granted, He adores spending time with the children of the village he lives in, aanndd likes doing the hard work and whatever he can to help them out.

He uses that form because, as a God, he'd be held on a higher pedestal, people would have more expectations of him and...it didn't feel right to him.

Yes he adores being a god, but, to even help the mortals, he needed to experience what their lives are like and how hard things could get for them..

Just,the one thing he can't do, that he can't handle, are funerals, and well, death in general...he'd witnessed too much of it as a child..until Equinox had found him of course. annd i won't go i to further detail, not yet anyways 👀.

Since the gods arc has started now in TSAMS I wanted to say something right gods can act like drill sergeants or commanders people who are willing to punish someone for talking out of line or interrupting or asking too much questions that do not concern them or not doing what they are told or disobeying a direct order or wanting answers just because they feel like they have the right to know but then add that happening to a veteran with PTSD someone like Dahlia and due to the fact that the gods do act like drill sergeants or commanders in the show I do feel like it will bring up a lot of uncomfortable memories especially for Dahlia it is not gonna go well

If there was anyone who writes MidnightJester exactly as I see it, ITS SYZYGY. They bring these two to life perfectly. It’s all I’ve wanted to say, just put into writing. It’s honestly so beautiful😭. Everything about their storytelling and way of creating character dynamics has me in TEARSSSS. You’ve been such a good friend to me, Syzygy. Gonna start by saying I LOVE the models and designs of Kerian and Luneria. Meg and Nadine have been COOKING chat. And also Lilth voicing Luneria is RAHHHH- it suits her character so well!

You could tell Dahlia was scared shitless in this episode, like the shakiness in his voice when talking to the gods is just oughhhh-

Don't get me wrong, all four of them seem tense and rightfully so; these are omnipotent beings that could probably erase them from existence without raising a finger. But you could tell Sun and Dahlia were much more nervous, both being overwhelmed by the sheer level of power radiating from Kerian and Luneria.

From my perspective, this arc seems geared more towards Sun and Dahlia; it's more fantastical in nature, heavily involving magic. The infection arc required Moon's wit and scientific expertise, so it'll be interesting to see Sun in more of the driver's seat.

I wonder if maybe the sheer amount of energy and commanding presence of the gods reminds him of the dictator he's mentioned from the war in his dimension..
