Kitchen Witchin’ : Easy Potato soup Recipe!

As with all my dishes I give a fair warning that it will taste better if you put good feelings into it.

You will need 6 potatoes, several large carrots, several celery sticks, 1 onion, milk, and flour.

peel & dice potatoes, begin boiling them in salt water. While they boil work on chopping the other veggies.

Once you have chopped them saute  them in butter till onion is tender.

Add them then to the potatoes and allow it to boil till all veggies are tender.

Once the veggies are tender add milk slowly - Mashing the veggies finely as you do. The more milk the creamier the potato soup will be.

Once you’ve added the desired amount of milk and the veggies are mashed to your content, then slowly begin adding and stirring in flour till you reach a desired thickness.

Then your soup is ready to eat. Put in a bowl, and salt and pepper to your liking.

Optional - Add cheddar cheese or bacon bits to your bowl!
