Trio of calibers for the Desert Eagle; .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum and 50 Action Express. Although the .357 Desert Eagle is the most comfortable to shoot, it tends to be the pickiest in terms of what ammo will function well. (GRH)

Diamondback DB15P

An AR-15 pistol with a 10″ barrel. Although it looks like an SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) the “stock” is a stabilizing brace, which according to current BATFE classification, can no longer be shouldered. The one in the photos has had a ton of extra aftermarket parts added and looks very different from the standard model on Diamondback’s website. The optic is the VISM ECO 4x34, which is an interesting looking scope but it’s rather cheap and of suspect quality. (GRH)

Glock wood?

A custom Glock with what would appear to be wooden inserts for the grip. In actuality it’s mahogany vinyl wrap that you can find it at your local hardware store. The owner cut, heated and applied it to match the grip contours of his Glock. Interesting look, different but kind of cool. (GRH)

H&K SMG II

This prototype was H&K’s attempt to improve on their already famous MP5 sub-machine gun. Also chambered in 9x19mm, it still bears a resemblance to the MP5. It was never produced in large numbers, though I believe an example can be found in H&K’s Grey Room. The SMG II would go on to influence the design of the UMP. (GRH)
