My kid is off getting senior photos, yet another custom that I have never heard of. Apparently, the kids show up in regular clothes but are given formal items by the photography crew so that they all can sort of match for the senior yearbook? In my time (there's an old manism for ya) they lined us up in the gym and took our picture. If we were lucky, someone reminded us to run a comb through our hair. My personal favorite yearbook photo was the year I ditched that day. They put a head shaped silhouette above my name that said "No photo available" 😂

A Cybertruck almost caused me to crash my car. I came around the corner and was not expecting to see an American flag wrapped TrumpsterDumpster in the other lane (who would be?). I started laughing so hard that I almost drove off the side of the road onto the grass. I couldn’t tell if he saw me laughing at him because he had an illegal level of window tint (of course) but I sure hope he did.

When I was around 10 or 12, I used to carpool to school in Los Angeles in a Rover like this. I thought it was pretty cool although not as cool as the Jaguar MK11 it replaced. They bought this hoping it would be more reliable than that old Jag but I'm not sure that was the case.
