everything really is about communication...
this post is not about love or isolation or anything like that. this post is about how if you email your professors they will give you extensions on assignments, and if you do not email your professors they will not give you extensions on assignments. but it can be about those other things too

Every house has itâs own story.
Artist Ikegami Yoriyuki
when elena ferrante said âthere are people who leave and people who know how to be leftâ and when richard siken said âsomeone has to leave first. this is a very old story. there is no other version of this story.â and when sally rooney wrote âif i told you where my car is right now, i donât think iâd be able to leave, i think i would have to stay here just in case you changed your mind about everythingâ and when mikko harvey said âthe number of hours we have together is actually not so large. please linger near the door uncomfortably instead of just leaving. please forget your scarf in my life and come back later for it.âand when karese burrows wrote âi have never seen a door that doesnât look like you leaving. look at me writing this poem. even here i donât mean anything i say. except that I still want you. that whatever is in me still loves you deeply. it is a light i canât turn off. i clap my hands and nothing happens.â and when margarita karapanou said âi never expected you to actually finish anything. you were always leaving. i always picture you with a suitcase in your hand.â
Liv Tyler photographed by Pierre Bailly in the 90s. (Sheâs listening to Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead btw, otherwise she wouldnât give that heartbreaking glare to the sky)
I hate how 3 pm is so close to 2 pm so there's an illusion that there's still time left in the day to do things but in reality 3 pm is also close to 4 pm and if it's close to 4 pm you might as well just wait till tomorrow. <- can't argue against this by the way.
i hate when a poem is good. Fuck you for saying that for real
âWhen people ask me what Emily Dickinson poems are about, I want to run away and hide, simply because for me, some poems are not about the âaboutâ. They are metaphysical spells that you hold close and donât really want to elaborate on. They help you to go on when you have nothing else left to go on with, the kind of poems you remember even when you donât want to remember them.â

I cannot express how much I adore dappled shadows formed by sunlight in paintings and photography and in real life
no you live in a society. i live alone in the city befriending houses and mourned when one of them was painted hideously yellow
