Just wanted to let you know that your Tumblr link in forum probably doesn't work as I need to search this manually.
As for the story, I feel this good, this story speaks about technique and gets technical instead just pew pew, boom, slash like other cultivation games, you explain the breathing and step by step of cultivation which is great as it provides contexts, but I feel there is lack of interaction as for now, which is understandable since MC still a toddler and at the basic stage, I am imagining it will slowly change as we progress further.
As for the mistake or typo, I do notice a bit of wrong page opening and option doesn't greyed out like when MC has a tour during the receptionist section, it suddenly changes to mission board section and after out of option it doesn't grey out the mission board option so the reader gets stuck in it.
Generally every conversation seems short, the answer somewhat quick maybe because people in this sect are mostly stuck up bunch.... I mean talking to a toddler you're imagining people would say something more.
If I am to suggest something, maybe expand the rank a bit, it's unusual to see a S rank quest so early in the game, I would imagining if you going for dark fantasy theme something that terrible in Cave probably just B rank monster maybe to add more threat to the world, while I do think there will be S+, SS, or SSS quest, so maybe S rank is probably Mid threat I dunno....
Hii! Thank you so much for taking the time to write all of this—and for checking out the story!
About the Tumblr link—thanks for pointing it out! It actually works fine for me, but I think the collapsible formatting on the forum might be messing with it on some devices. I’ll just remove the collapsible thing and post the direct link more clearly so it’s easier to access for everyone.
I’m really glad you enjoyed the more technical approach to cultivation! I wanted the story to feel more grounded—showing how breathing, posture, and internal ki flow work step by step instead of just jumping into flashy moves right away. So it’s great to hear that landed well for you!
That said, this early part of the game is more focused on world-building and foundational training. After this, the story will pick up more momentum and become more fun and interactive. Once the MC finishes their basic training, they’ll naturally control their ki—so you won’t have to hear much more about ki theory and breathwork unless it’s for flavor or advanced techniques.
Regarding the lack of interaction with others—you’re absolutely right. That’s intentional! Reiren has been training the MC intensely since the very start, to the point that they didn’t really get to roam around the sect or socialize. That’s why you don’t see the MC speaking with many people early on. But now that Reiren is giving them a little breathing room, they’re able to tour the sect and start meeting new people—like Baek-seol, for example.
and About the S-class mission—you’re totally right to raise the question. Under normal circumstances, monsters like the one in the cave (like Ghouls or Demonic spawn) are usually ranked around B to A-class, depending on their strength or maturity. However, this mission was dubbed S-class because the investigator linked the case to the Pale Caress Demoness—a very dangerous and infamous true demon who’s been active once in a while. Her involvement (or suspected involvement) raised the threat level significantly. This is actually mentioned in the game during the scene where Baek-seol, Regoku, and Suraka are hanging out under the tree watching the MC.
And as a little spoiler—yes, there are SSS-class threats in this world. One of them is the infamous Ghost of the Black Spiral, currently the most wanted person in all of Tianzhu and even feared in neighboring nations. But somehow, it's been centuries since that person had last been seen; hopefully they won't come back, haha.
Also, Regarding for the bug, That and a few others have already been fixed in the latest patch, so hopefully the flow feels smoother now.
Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback—it really helps improve the game, and I’m so glad you’re enjoying it so far. More updates are on the way!
