I've had a weird complex around my art being cutesy and generic, like "what if the artists I look up to think I'm a shallow artist for only drawing cute stuff that doesn't really mean anything?" 1) They do not know you exist. 2) That would make them lame-o losers bc it makes me happy. I should draw what makes me happy, and if that's random anime girls with big sparkly eyes then that's epic awesome sauce.

Lots of vsynths nowadays sound too real imo. Nothing wrong with it, but the charm of vsynths like Vocaloids n such is that they have that electronic, robotic feel to them. It feels like the heart of the genre, but I get wanting that smoothness of modern vsynths

I wish Movie Maker games were popular again. I loved making silly little movies on Zimmer Twins as a kid and I miss that. I have art skills that are developed enough so that I could make something myself, but the novelty of a movie maker... It's just so fun and low pressure creation
