Welcome to our new daily blog! We will post underrated/unpopular Vocaloid/vocal synth songs every day to try to expose them more to the English Vocaloid fandom. We will try to translate songs from Japanese to English when necessary, and provide thoughts on the songs and videos.
As the creator of this blog, I believe that Vocaloid and other vocal synths are for everyone, but I've noticed that it's difficult for many English Vocaloid fans to find songs that aren't from producers that are already very popular. I want to help change that and show people how incredible small vocal synth producers can be as well.
Absolutely nothing with over 100k subscribers/followers (or whatever equivalent the platform uses) or over 100k views/listens (or equivalent) (most posts will be well under these numbers, but this is the hard cutoff)
This blog accepts submissions! Here are the guidelines:
YouTube is preferred, but other platforms such as NicoNico, Soundcloud, Spotify, etc are allowed
Provide content warnings if applicable
No covers unless its an official version by the person who made the song
The vocal synth must be a major part of the song. (Songs with human vocals are not disallowed, like how Pinocchio-P and some Project Sekai songs are considered Vocaloid songs)
These guidelines we will also apply to our own posts. Other things we will add:

Welcome! We will be posting underrated vocal synth songs every week.
We used to be part of @daily-underrated-vocaloid, but stopped posting on that blog due to burnout (from us and the translator). But we are back! Kind of. There will be some changes of course, so that it's more sustainable in the long run!
First off, we aren't going to set specific numbers or standards for when a song is "underrated." There are barely viewed songs from popular artists, for example, that we feel are underrated that didn't fit our past "criteria." Also, songs that have a lot of effort and talent in their music and video that just barely met the threshold but still felt very underrated. So we are just going to go by vibes. (Don't worry, we won't be posting stuff like Mesmerizer or Triple Baka on here though, unless it's posted before it becomes popular.)
Second, while we plan on posting a song at least once every week, we might also post about specific creators or artists we feel are underrated that have vocal synth related work.
Third, since we only know English, we might post underrated vocal synth songs that aren't human translated into English, and may not be able to give proper content warnings for those. We will add that there isn't a current human English translation though, and still comment on the instrumental and song video.
Hopefully, with these changes in place, this blog will probably be more sustainable than the last one. We already have a big list of songs we want to share on here!
Also, our main blogs are @queer-vocaloid-enthusiasts and @vocaqueers. (Likes and follows will be from the first one, but the second one is the one we actually make posts on. It's more personal, though.)
Please feel free to send us asks suggesting songs! No rules for suggestions anymore either, though we may turn any down for whatever reason.
Also, if you created/worked on a song that is on this blog and want us to remove it, please reach out and let us know, and the post will be deleted ASAP.

topaz just came out 3 days ago and this song came out 2 days ago. and its still so catchy despite that, so this producer is amazing. also topaz is such a good voice with a cute design and story, i hope she gets used in more original songs

i got some requests for japanese songs without translations yet, and while i wish i could translate them myself, i don't speak japanese, so i have to wait for mod flower to translate them. they're not paid or anything so of course i don't want to pressure them into translating faster or something. but i want to know what you guys would prefer in terms of posting without translation:

this song is very intense and emotional. the trope of symbolizing objectification by literally turning someone into an object has always been something that fascinates me. mai is also tuned very expressively here, its quite impressive

i dont really like comparing songs, but i dont know how else to describe this other than its similar to ghost and pals' style. its very good, i love the way gumi is tuned, especially the way she sings "meeelt" hehe
this techno-y song is so fun, and i love the storytelling and change of POV in the lyrics and video. the character is so cute too. they have a unique way of tuning saros that is very interesting to listen to
the vocals in this go back and forth between your ears if you listen to this with headphones and its very ethereal. the art is also very nice, i love the lighting
this song is very impactful emotionally. the lyrics are quite dark, and give off the vibes of someone who is mentally ill and very confused about it (which is relatable lol). i believe the genre of this is rock but we suck at telling what genre a song is in
