Have you ever written or received a love letter? I received a lot of love letters when I went to school in mexico, I think because I didn't speak any spanish and we were all 9.. I'm not great at putting my emotions into written word so I haven't written any to other people.

Unless you count fic as love letters in which case yes i have received and I have written many

you went to school in Mexico ? and I did not know this??? shocked and awed, proof that there is always something new to learn about those close to us

butting in bc I love to talk about myself

I received several love letters in middle and high school, most notably one proclaiming that the author would have married me right then and there (I don't think we had spoken at all in the year prior? it was a dramatic time)

I have written love letters to friends and fics for specific friends which . was definitely an act of love at the time

i worded it to make it sound more impressive/less creepy that i was getting love letters lmao i went to school in Mexico for 2 whole weeks in 5th grade with 3 other students from my grade school and 2 teachers on an exchange program. while there I learned:

boys give girls flowers

six flags exists and is fun

the sun and i do not get along
