I work at a flower shop and you’re a tattoo artist from across the street and you always come in here to practice drawing flowers and you’re really hot AU || AU prompt by @aesocias and found on this blog
Plot: Looking for inspiration for some new tattoos, Bucky visits his friend and crush Y/N, who owns the flower shop across the street from the tattoo parlour he works in. Pairing: tattooartist!Bucky Barnes x flowershopowner!Reader (AU) Notes: In my mind, tattooartist!Bucky looks like he does in Infinity War and Endgame, just with his arms covered in tattoos and some eyeliner, like when Sebastian was T*mmy Lee. Also I don’t have a specific song rec for this oneshot, but I listened to Wildest Dreams by Taylor Swift a lot as I was writing this, so I suggest you listen to that, hahaha. Also thanks to @buckysbarnes who gave me the idea to give Bucky a blastover tattoo. Warnings: Mentions needles and getting tattooed if you dislike that kinda thing.

The faint hum of the air condition filled the meticulously organized room in the back of the post office.
“Ms. Galathynius,” A deep, accented voice addressed her.
Her gaze on the tall bookshelf in the corner jerked back to the man sitting across from her behind his desk. His hands were crossed, and the sleeves of his shirt were rolled up to his elbows, exposing part of a tattoo that wrapped around his muscular arm. She tried not to watch as the muscles shifted as he leaned forward when he spoke to her.
“Can you please explain to me why you were trying to mail a very,” He paused, glancing at the messily-wrapped bundle on the center of his desk, “suspicious-looking package to the Adarlan embassy in Antica?”
Aelin opened her mouth to try to explain, but no words came out.
He raised a silver eyebrow and waited.
She sighed, “I swear, it’s not what it looks like.”

Finola couldn’t find her green sweater. She had searched her room twice for it to no avail. Her next stop was Dee Dee’s room. Her little sister had called out that she was going to take a shower. Finola could be in and out with Dee being none the wiser. But when she approached her sister’s door, she heard Dee’s voice as she talked on the phone.
“The Spring Fling has come and gone. You better show up.” There was a pause while Dee Dee listened to a reply. “Well, that’s a step in the right direction.” Another pause. “Yes. Today. After school.” She snorted. “I’ve given you everything you need. Wait…”
Finola drew back and held her breath.
“I thought I heard something. I’d better go. Bye.”
Finola waited a moment before deciding to knock on her door. “Dee Dee? Are you decent?”
The younger girl flung open her door. “Yeah. I…changed my mind about the shower.”
“Okay.” When Dee Dee didn’t share anything else, Finola decided to pretend she hadn’t overheard anything. Confronting Dee Dee would probably make them both miserable and late for school.
“Have you seen my green sweater?” she asked instead.
“Um, I think Dad threw it in the wash.”
Finola pulled her lips back into a grimace. She hurried to her father’s bedroom and found a laundry basket of clothes. Her sweater sat on top of the pile. She gave it a delicate sniff. It hadn’t been laundered yet. Breathing a sigh of relief, she rescued it from the basket. Next week was her turn to do the laundry, so she would wash it then.
She hurried back to her room with her find and picked out a gray sweatshirt to wear to school instead. She had just finished slipping it on over her head when she heard Dee Dee’s footsteps thundering down the stairs.
“Fi, the bus is coming! Let’s go!”
Exhaling an annoyed sigh, Finola followed her sister downstairs to meet their school bus.
-*-*-
At school, Finola could barely concentrate on her classes. The partial phone conversation she had overheard that morning played through her mind.
Something was going on with her little sister, and it would be happening after school. But when, exactly, and where? And, she thought, with who?
When the final dismissal bell rang, she jockeyed to be among the first students to leave the building. If she could catch Dee Dee and talk to her, or just keep an eye on her until—
“Hey! Finola!”
She started at the familiar but very unexpected sound of Bryan’s voice. She looked in the direction of the student parking lot to her right. He stood next to his black motorcycle parked in a visitor space near the front of the school. He waved an arm over his head in greeting.
Her worry over Dee Dee overshadowed her pleasure at seeing him, but she went over to him anyway. “Bryan, hi.”
He immediately saw that something was troubling her. “Something wrong?” he asked, his own expression sobering.
“It’s Dee Dee,” she admitted. “She might be in some trouble.”
“What?”
Quickly, she explained what she had learned that morning. “I thought I could catch her…” she added, her voice trailing off as her eyes scanned the departing students.
She felt Bryan lay a hand on her arm, drawing her attention back to him.
“Finola, can we talk?”
She opened her mouth, ready to point out that this wasn’t the best time, but something in his eyes told her not to refuse him. She simply nodded.
-*-*-
They sat down on the curb in the shadow of one of the classroom buildings. Bryan was silent for a moment before he began.
“Dee Dee’s not in any trouble,” he assured her. “I was the person she was on the phone with this morning.”
Finola’s lips parted in surprise. “You?”
He held up a hand. “Let me finish. It’s…why I’m here. She was…egging me on, to put it politely.”
Jones nodded. Now that her fear and anxiety had abated somewhat, she did wonder what Bryan was doing at her school.
“I was going to ask you if I could give you a ride home today. But, seeing what you’ve gone through, I’ll just get to it.” He took a deep breath. “I heard that your senior prom is coming up. Would you…would you be interested in going with me?”
She could only stare at him while he fidgeted under her silence.
“The school year is almost over,” he continued. “I’m not going to be Dee Dee’s tutor for much longer, so, we figured it was now or never.”
“‘We?’” she echoed.
He put a hand to the back of his head while a rueful smile crossed his face. “Your sister’s a perceptive person,” he explained. “She could tell I had a crush on you.”
Finola heard her blood roaring in her ears. She felt light-headed. Was this real?
She thought again of Dee Dee’s remarks on the phone in light of this new revelation that Bryan had provided. It made her smile, and then chuckle, which soon became a fit of giggles.
After a few minutes, she got herself back under control, and she laid a hand on Bryan’s shoulder to steady herself.
“You still haven’t answered my question,” he pointed out.
“Yes,” she replied. “I would love to go to prom with you. And, yes, I would be glad if you could give me a ride home.” She studied the happy, relieved grin that broke out across his face before adding more gently, “And, yes, I’ve been crushing on you too.”
He smiled softly at that before reaching inside his leather jacket and pulling out two white slips of paper. “I’m really glad to hear you say all that because I bought the prom tickets yesterday.”
“Ah. Was that ‘the step in the right direction?’”
“Well, I think we both know that Dee Dee is a smart young woman.”
She replaced her hand on his shoulder with her cheek as she leaned into him, and she felt him put an arm around her as the shadows lengthened on the ground before them.
-*-*-
Back at her house, Dee Dee was fixing sandwiches for dinner when she got a text from Bryan. It was a selfie of him sitting on his motorcycle with her sister behind him, both of them grinning. The photo was accompanied by two words. “Mission accomplished.”
She smiled to herself and began assembling a third sandwich.

You groan when your mother knocks on your door this early Saturday. Gosh, come on doesn’t she know that you want to sleep in on weekend? College has been tiring and you wish to sleep for three more hours. It’s only nine, and who wakes up at nine on a Saturday?
“(Y/N)! Wake up! I am so sorry, but I have to wake you up today. I promise it’s only this Saturday.” She ruses into your room and kisses you a good morning. You wipe her lipstick stain on your cheek and squirm as the sun shine penetrates into your room the second mom opens the curtain up for you.
“I have to rush and attend your uncle’s boutique grand opening, please look after the gardener for me.” She explains what she has to do and what you have to do.
“Yeah yeah, you told me thousands of times. I just have to watch over the gardener to plant us roses right? What color is it again? Red.” You try to collect your soul as you close your eyes one more time and almost fall asleep.
Mom is faster, she coughs “Red roses, in the indoor garden not the one outside! Plus you would want to shower before he comes.” She rubs your hair lovingly.
“I promise I’ll make it up to you on the other week end. Just watch over him for me! Wake up!” she forces you to leave the bed and you lazily take your eye glasses and walk to close the door for her.
You glance to the clock in the dining room, it’s only half past nine and mom scheduled the gardener to come at ten. You have thirty minutes to tidy up your self and much some breakfast.
You’re not the type to slumber around when you’re awake already, so you take your towel and take a warm morning shower.

It was a beautiful day. The sun was bright but not intense, and a cold breeze keeps the atmosphere cool for walking. So, you were more than surprised to discover a guy was sitting on the ground, leaning against your fence as you came back from walking.
Magnus stands in the rain a lot, and the barista doesn't get it whether Magnus gets impatient or tries to flirt, but he'll stop by the next morning anyway. Hopefully Alec will be alone this time, and Magnus should really buy a waterproof mascara instead of a latte. (more on ao3)

You’re the cute doctor and I’m the chaotic patient that keeps ending up in the hospital AU
prompt from https://dailyau.tumblr.com/
I was going to have Leo be the patient who’s crazy inventions injure him all the time but then I was thinking about how many concussions Jason probably got in the books so here’s some head canons for Doctor Leo and Patient Jason
Leo is a prodigy doctor who is currently in his residency to become a surgeon (brain surgeon? Trauma? Idk)
Jason is this patient that shows up in the ER approximately twice a month with a head injury. His reasons are always something like “I hit my head on the sink while I was fixing my faucet” or “this pot fell out of a second story window and hit me on the head”
Upon the 3rd time treating him Leo decides to test him for underlying issues in the brain that may be causing problems with coordination or something
Jason’s pretty sure he just has bad luck but he wants to spend more time with the cute doctor who says a bunch of smart stuff that goes over his head constantly so he lets Leo run the tests anyway.
The tests come back negative but Leo does witness someone trip onto Jason and accidentally cause him to hit his head on a railing so he agrees that Jason’s bad luck theory might have some merit
Jason always asks for Leo to treat him mostly because the rest of the doctors don’t seem to believe him when he explains his many head injury causes. Leo just laughs at him and Jason really likes his laugh
Leo starts a game where he tries to guess how Jason got his head injury this time
“Good thing you’re pretty bc with all these head injuries you’re not going to be smart for long” “you think I’m pretty?”
All the regular ER staff members are highly invested and will maneuver patients around to make sure Leo is the one to treat Jason when he comes in.
“Dr. Valdez, would you like to get dinner with me at the end of your shift?” “My shift goes until 5 a.m.” “Early breakfast then?” “.... it’s a good thing you’re pretty”
Leo is actually worried about all the head injuries so he buys Jason a helmet for their one month anniversary
