> No patterns. I freehand everything. I don't share any of my patterns. I delete all asks that ask about buying/having one of my patterns. I am generally okay about asks that are more about a specific technique or tips.

> Possibly! Search its name on my blog. 99% of the time it will pop up if I've already crocheted it. You might have to search the specific tag like #pikachu instead of just pikachu. Weird exceptions I've found are Hypno, Pidgey, Ogerpon

5. Are you really crocheting every Pokemon? What about megas / regional variants / gigantamaxes / other alternate forms?
> One form of each Pokemon species at least. Probably not megas or gigantamaxes or other temporary forms. Eventually every significantly distinct form. So yes regional variants, begrudgingly yes all the Vivillon, iffy on all the Alchremie, iffy on Furfrou haircuts, no on the Spinda.
6. Are you really crocheting daily / Do you make a new one every day?
> I used to! Recently I haven't been able to crochet daily. When I do crochet, I try to do it in hourly chunks, and I'm typically able to make a new Pokemon in about 6 hours. But depending on the Pokemon, it can be as little as 2 hours, or as many as 12.
7. Where do you keep all of them?
> On the ceiling.

Listen okay I can't cheap out or skimp on the details on these because that's someone's favorite little guy and I know for a fact that it will absolutely blow their minds to see that not only has their fave been crocheted but ALSO there's this little tiny detail that most people would not even know is there or miss!!
The hourly checkpoints are great because it helps me get better at estimating how long things will take to crochet! It's also interesting how I've altered how I choose the order in which to crochet certain parts based on that though, because I will sometimes put off a certain detail for another hour set so I can knock out something else that will go more quickly. The general order of how I do things is mostly the same still though. But in this case specifically I probably would've finished up all the leg details after making the legs except I thought it would take a bit of time and not have that visually distinct of an hourly checkpoint than making the other parts
Also can confirm that people get so hype about me randomly pulling pokemon crochets out of my pockets. Next time I should actually bring 6 pokemon like a full team. I only (lol, "only") had 4 on me because they do take up space but oooooh it was so fun!!!
I ☝🏽 just realized. just now, that I actually have found someone that likes to play show and tell with me about my little pokemon. Or like, more accurately, someone that actually knows the pokemon when I play show and tell with them, and that makes me inconceivably happy. Did not anticipate how deeply I love playing touys with someone who knows the game for real. 🥺❤️
I have never cosplayed in my life but I could cosplay as a Pokemon PC 😭 Oh my god that would be insane. I could incorporate my little pokeamidex photos part of this on the "screen" and actually also carry around crochets of the pokemon to deposit and withdraw and if I didn't want to carry the full set because 1025 is a LOT then I could update the binder that I bring to only show the ones I brought oh my GOD HOW HAVE I NOT THOUGHT OF THIS BEFORE
Okay okay okay update to this idea. Two binders. One with only the pokeamidex photos of the ones I have on hand (wanted to say "in storage" because PC, but I feel like that would be a little confusing and could be interpreted as NOT on hand) and then another binder with the entire pokeamidex BUT with the ones not on hand with grayscale pictures and then you could "filter" for what's on hand by using the other binder. But like you could still potentially see them all
