mike crew is trapped in the buried. mike crew is alive and in the buried. one shot from a partially fledged avatar would NOT kill a fully fledged avatar. daisy knocked him out. but he is most certainly alive. they buried him alive. he spent his episode talking about how he belonged to the sky and they buried him alive. he must have been so afraid

I like to accept both realities where:

He’s alive under the dirt and (pick your fav bestie/ship for him) another avatar comes and digs him up and he’s doing great for the rest of tma (I personally like the idea that someone else has to come get him because I think being fully encased in the Buried as a Vast avatar would weaken him to a lethal point if he stayed there too long)

He was alive under the dirt but the pressure of the Buried suffocated his tie with the Vast and he died from that (aka the same thing but no one came and got him)
