I'm Dakota, and I run a pokégrooming business with my doublade partner Paris! I trained in contest grooming circuits for a while before opening my own business and I've groomed a lot of different Pokemon so feel free to ask me about it! This is also going to be just kind of a general use blog, can't be all business all the time y'know? :)

Does anyone have any pokemon grooming stories that are amusing or interesting? I am currently watching Snowy look suspiciously at Astra as it tries to groom her with telekinetic abilities. It obviously has the needed skill, in theory, but it does not make a regular practice of grooming with said abilities and knots may be hard to detect.

Okay so I have a regular client who comes in who has a Growlithe and nowadays he's very well behaved but when he first came in he was absolutely rambunctious. (Wasn't used to the bath, hated the dryer and the brush... So many little things haha)

Like he would keep trying to bite the shower head as I'm trying to wash the shampoo off him and he'd just get a mouthful of water each time.. honestly maybe he was thirsty lolol.

He's very well behaved nowadays but he was a little terror back then..

Anyways did you guys know that it's incredibly easy to trick a Deino into the bath you just have to give him his favorite berry.

I should state for the record that Figy HATES the bath and will bite the shower head. However if I give him a berry he will instead dedicate all his minute amount of brainpower to that instead.

Dakota's pretty sweet. She took Marvin and Dylan in- and let me crash on the couch lol. She's definitely someone I think people are lucky to meet. She's also a fuckin wizard with a brush.

Real protagonist energy there- but she uses it to run a pokemon salon. A pretty successful one these days too.

Seraphina Propaganda:

Seraphina is a Ceruledge hybrid and Agni's sister

She's got a very troubled past- and is not a fan of water types (Though she is working on it!)

She was originally intended to be a "mean girl" type character but ended up as such a wet cat

She really loves ghost type pokemon and thinks they're all very cute :]

Dakota is a pokemon trainer! She's champion of her home region, but lives in Unova as a pokemon groomer!

She has a doublade named Paris who's in the shape of scissors

She's Giratina's chosen after an incident- though really it's just a pact to let Giri hang out outside of the distortion realm.

She's a hero-type character, and is brave, but walks the line of stupidity in the face of danger.
